As a general rule, YouTube comments are a sure-fire way to have your faith in humanity crushed.

I love your signature - it's so true. And any woman whining about being friend-zoned, is considered needy and clingy, or a stalker. I rememeber hearing that when a man says no, that's supposed to be the end of it, but when a woman says no, that's the beginning of negotiations. IP: Logged |

What has both exasperated and grimly amused me are those men who feel it's an outrage that a gay man might sexually harass them (a few who even think it's acceptable to respond with violence, even murder, to such harassment) but think it's perfectly acceptable for men to harass women the same way (even though men tend to be larger and more menacing to a woman than to another man). And if a woman so much as raises her voice or express displeasure then there must be something really wrong with her (contrast with the gay panic defense, which many men think is reasonable--at least as long as it's a straight male who attacks or kills a gay male for hitting on him as opposed to a woman who attacks or kills a man for hitting on her, and worked recently in California). Gods, I could go on way too long on this subject. IP: Logged |

F@ck F@ck F@ck!!!I just read that gay panic defense article. It is so disgusting that people would invoke something like this to defend something as gruesome and ugly as murder ------------------ “S|_UT ” is how we vilify a woman for exercising her right to say “YES”. “FRIENDZONE” is how we vilify a woman for exercising her right to say “NO”. the reason guys dont want to be friends with women mostly is this: if there is an interaction between a man and a woman, the man most likely iniated it and the only reason a man approaches a woman is if he is sexually attracted to her and/or wants a romantic relationship, and if we are rejected we dont want to be friends and sit and hear the woman talk about her sexlife and relationship with another man, haha i dont know why women cant comprehend thisIP: Logged |

Except...no. Most men, maybe. Many men, perhaps. ...Though I'm inclined to argue that most of those men are actually boys.

Actually, a lot of men don't get it either. Enough men say the same as you do (even say women are stupid if they don't realize it), but if a woman repeats it then other men say she is sexist for stereotyping men. Anyway, pity that you can't see a woman as anything other than an object for your pleasure instead of as a person. Just imagine if you were bisexual and saw men the same way, you'd have no friends at all. IP: Logged |

Wow aquaguy91 way to be a jerk!the reason guys don't want to be friends with women mostly is this: if there is an interaction between a man and a woman, the man most likely iniated it... So in your world view, women are the passive partners waiting for men to come and claim them? and the only reason... Only reason?? And you wonder why no woman wants to be with you? Also way to generalise there bud. a man approaches a woman is if he is sexually attracted to her and/or wants a romantic relationship Not every man and not every woman is looking for a one night stand or being just fcuk buddies; some people have more things to care about than your d!ck. and if we are rejected we dont want to be friends and sit and hear the woman talk about her sexlife and relationship with another man Seriously, if sex is all I want, why won't I go for the hot jocks? Don't pretend that the jocks are @ssh0les and you're a nice guy because you both want to get in a girl's pants; just the @ssh0les don't mince their words while you try to do favours and be "nice" to a woman in hope of getting her in bed. quote: NO ONE OWES YOU SEX NO MATTER HOW NICE YOU ARE OR HOW GOOD YOU WERE TO HER OR HOW YOU LISTENED TO HER PROBLEMS. A WOMAN NEVER EVER OWES YOU SEX AND IF YOU THINK THAT SHE DOES THAN YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN THE SAME JERKS YOU DISS.
haha i dont know why women cant comprehend this

haha whoa everything i said was taken completely out of context,i never said or even hinted that i expect women to give me sex geeze. all i was saying is as a general rule when a guy approaches a girl he does not think i have found a new friend or buddy ,he usually has sex or a relationship in mind, not saying that guys and girls cant be just friends, theres always an exception. and yes i will stand by my statement that for the most part it is men approaching women, atleast where i live and how i was raised, its almost always the man who starts the conversation, again not even inferring that women shouldnt approach men ,i think its a great thing, but just saying women should be aware that if a man approaches you,he most likely has romantic interest in you, dont be shocked when your supposed good buddy admits he has feelings for you.IP: Logged |

I generally do the approaching men. I start the conversations usually. I have had many buddy no sex friendships with men, fishing, hunting, hiking, doing farm labor with them, building, masonry, etcetera. Yeah some had other ideas but I said no and they respected that. I used to run with the fighters from Don King's Fighter Training Ranch, and it was great! They appreciated my athletic abilities and I felt safe with them. I trained a football team, and the guys again appreciated my athletic abilities and strength (I could squat 600 pounds) and were not trying to get in my pants. Not all guys are rutting pigs. Also when hanging out with guys, I do not dress girly or suggestive, or flirt, I simply be one of the guys. I have heard many fellows say things like: quote: It is so nice to hangout with you because you are fun and interesting, and you don't act like you are desperately mate hunting. I feel safe and comfortable with you, you're cool!

Aqua, I see you posted in response to my signature and I stand by it. I'm not referring to Nice Guys in a bar or club environment where it is kinda OBVIOUS(duh!) that anyone approaching me is only going to be interested in sex but in a more general terminology. Society refuses to let women have the rights over their own bodies whether it be sex, having kids etc. If a woman is beaten up, she must have provoked him. If a woman is date-raped, she was asking for it. If a woman gets pregnant and want an abortion, she is murdering the fetus. The society you and I live in refuses to see women as equals. I'm not saying this is 100% the case, but it is what happens in the majority. Think I'm being feminist and "whoa! taking things out of context"?? Chris Brown, remember him, Rihanna's ex, beat her up and went scot-free, is now going to perform at the Grammy's and the media sees this as some rise from the ashes stuff and is applauding it. If that's not oppression then what is? ------------------ “S|_UT ” is how we vilify a woman for exercising her right to say “YES”. “FRIENDZONE” is how we vilify a woman for exercising her right to say “NO”.
