Sending more of the same! I know nothing about births; is this normal to take that long when you are induced? Sending special vibes for quick delivery! IP: Logged |

Each birth is its own creature - some zip right along, some plod. My first two (not induced) took 12 and 11 hours respectively from first regular contractions to holding a baby. Those are about text book times...but my kiddos were about 6 1/2 pounds and girls (smaller heads and shoulders). Inductions *can* go quickly, but, well, the body isn't entirely primed so they tend not to (they induced her primarily because of the baby's size). She just got an epidural, too, so that may stall things. I'm not going down - her husband's there as is our Mom, and it may begin to get pretty tight - but I'm sending her all the good thoughts I can. She's being a trooper. ------------------ If I've included this sig, it's because I'm posting from a mobile device. Please excuse all outrageous typos and confusing auto-corrects. IP: Logged |

Continuing good vibes for as speedy a delivery as possible and as painful as possible! I am already past my bedtime here so I'm hoping juni will keep this up. Thanks for all the explaining. You lost me on epidural. I've heard about it before but no clue what it's doing and why, and I may never find out. lol

Our new little has a zero degree Saggi Moon and a Virgo Asc!So far, he's calm, but very talkative! He had a whole conversation with my husband while he held him. *grunt* "Oh, really?" *high pitched grunt* "No!" *variable grunt* It was adorable Edited to add: I guess it was a little Air Sun/Saggi Moon/Earthy Asc sympatico Annnnd, juni - we were a little surprised ourselves, but it looks we have another little girl on our hands

Zoe is beautiful.. both in name and womb pic Thank you for sharing !!! I don`t blame you for being leery of sharing info. Too many wacknuts running loose. Is there an Elizabeth in your family. Zoe Elizabeth sounds regal and the matching Z`s are cool ------------------ Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. ~Rumi~ IP: Logged |
