Wow it's been a long week. So much has been going on and unfortunately it's showing up physically. Woke up twice with a bleeding nose. (I never get nose bleeds) chest and throat pain. Back hurts so much.
I could cry right now but I have been all weekend and I'm dried up. Had to release this here, all my physical pain in writing and the emotional feelings all weekend.
