GOod news!

Randall, I have been studying the blood type diet/way of life.

I am desperate to do something about my blood pressure and general health.

Not a fan of fad diets, this one makes sense to me, metabolically, etc. This MD breaks it down and explains why and backs his reasons with research.

I have been on it for a few days and feel soooo much better, already.

It has proven to improve all kinds of health issues, especially stablizing blood sugar and insulin levels.

Something to consider?

It is easy to find your Blood type, Randall. There may be on line kits you can buy. Not sure about that but it should be easy to do. People swear by the Blood type diets. I tried it once but did not see much difference but I did not have a condition etc

That's wonderful!!

I had to get out of the house, and we were rushing around trying to get me a hot drink and then back to the movies, when you posted this. I'd been checking in every so often.

I have no idea about the numbers, or what my blood type is. I can't give blood either, since I was in the UK during Mad Cow Disease time. (No jokes, please. )

Really glad to hear that she's okay!
