For the prayers, healing vibrations, the heart-warming messages and most of all, the Love. It made my eyes fill with happy and grateful tears.

I'd like to thank each one individually but the list is overwhelmingly long.

If I had the choice, I wouldn't have wanted everyone to know. It felt as if I was upsetting the apple cart and making everyone worry.

Yes, we can't always control our bodies or how they react and this is something I have to battle with daily. Some days/weeks can be smooth and then there are times when the unexpected happens. It's just that I view it as my own personal battle and I tell myself there are people out there dealing with much worse.
Then yesterday, a friend said, "If you don't share your burdens with the ones you love, you're not giving them a chance to love you back."

How true. Then coming here and reading all the posts made me realise that we are a family here. We are not alone. We have each other for support and we need not be ashamed or too proud.
I love you all and thank you for loving me that much :'(
