wow, I`m envious! I will work all summer; getting as much lake time swimming and boating with the furfaces as I can. BBQing and bonfires each week end with friends and family.. No real vaca for me but I will squeeze in as much fun time as I can ------------------ As Angels above guide Human beings, Human Beings have the opportunity to be Angels on Earth, who guide the Animal kingdom. - Da Vinci IP: Logged |

I'm partial to the beaches in the South Pacific. That is usually where I go to chill out and ensure that my cell phone absolutely does not work and I have no access to the internet, so that work cannot reach me under any circumstances. Actually, I want the internet, except that I want to pretend I have no internet access and pretend to not check my e-mails No cities - tired of cities, shopping and people. No shopping, no tourism - just eat and sleep and beach and sun! In August, I'm stopping by Honolulu in Hawaii for a few days at the Aulani Disney Resort for the benefit of the younger kid. After that, I'm headed to American Samoa and Fiji for recreation and solitude on the beach. Two and a half weeks of utter disappearance. IP: Logged |

It`s poison ivy & oak time again As a landscaper/gardner I know what to look for yet... I was cleaning 2 old Victorian gardens this bugger snuck up and slapped me in the face. I casually thought it was wild grape and moved deeper into a patch of poison oak and am now suffering for sins against the plant kingdom. Payback for ripping brother dandylion and sister pigweed out and throwing them to the ditchs. We are going to Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA o visit my husband's family. Besides that, my son will be taking surfing lessons . We will all be doing a lot of sailing because I want to spend way more time on the boat than we have been. Boogie boarding. Yoga classes. probably parasailing. Hmmm have to think of more stuff.
