Has this happened to anyone else?
I usually listen to a little bit of every musical genre but the last couple of weeks, I am not able to stop listening to classical jazz, hours and hours at a time. I think I heard nearly every single youtube piece of Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Mingus, Benny Goodman, Coltrane, Gillespie, Parker and Brubeck.
I feel like a sex starved Alpha running loose in Playboy Mansion. Neptune trined my Sun exact last fortnight, I certainly did not expect this outcome.

"sexed starved Alpha.."

Yep, been listening to Randy Crawford and a couple of others quite a lot lately. Not a big jazz fan either but find it somehow soothing. Musical pms, lol for me.

yes...but not jazz... lately i've been very drawn to 70's music (not disco though)... quite unusual for me...am hoping it passes soon

I never got into Jazz. I do that with one song. I listen and listen until I want to throw up. Then, I find another one and do the same

Ian Somerhalder mentioned on the convention how much he likes Jazz and Bluegrass, but that he didn`t really have much of a choice, considering he grew up near New Orleans.

I find it interesting that you mentioned the Sun-Neptune-trine, as he has a practicaly exact conjunction of Sun and Neptune natally.
You think Neptune likes jazz?

This is interesting because my music teacher was just telling me that jazz is amorphous. Neptune is amorphous.

I think Neptune loves jazz and any kind of soulful music. It must be the Neptune trine to my Sun

Perhaps it is a 5th or 6th chakra thingy along with Venus in Taurus?
My "thirst" for music is expanding to traditional folk music, didgiridoos, shaman music, Inuit chants, Tuvan and Mongolian folk music. Sensing more vibes from Mother Earth ?

I found this piece to be very good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-99VOCqTcU
