I was worried that people I know might come here, especially a few years ago when I had a stalker (probably still do but I guess I don't care as much as I used to). I think if someone I knew would come here, it would be strictly to spy on me because I don't know people in RL interested in the things we discuss here. I was very careful about what I said in here and kept a very low profile, which is probably why the older members don't know me.. I edited my posts a lot too, which I stopped doing for a while now.

I guess nowadays my attitude is What you don't know, can't hurt you... Why worry about the things I don't know? I'll worry when I know them, until then I want to enjoy my stay ^_^. I don't want to live with that sort of burden on my shoulders.

As for meeting the people here.. Hmmm.. Some I don't think I could since I have Saturn in the 9th and I don't see myself travelling too much (yet, at least). The ones in Europe I could and would like to meet. I've been friends with Ceri and Dreamy_AriesGirl for years (5 or 6?) and would like to meet them in person one day. I know that we'd pass that test because we've been together through a lot of stuff hehe.

But I don't know... Sometimes I think things are like this for a reason. I mean, I think we're all from the same soulgroup or similar ones but maybe we were not supposed to take it to the next level, just appreciate this for what it is. I don't really know.

Would like to meet knowflakes, though.. I think. Just don't hug me or get too personal, it's kinda weird and I need personal space until I get comfortable with ppl hahaha. Guess it depends on the mood I'm in though.. some days I'm more sociable and others I don't want to see anybody.. ^_^

Yes there are some posting.

Authors, Teachers and a few others I won`t mention.

I think some would be suprised at who some posters are in their professions

I have had the pleasure of meeting quite a few knowflakes in person and believe it was fated.

I like the connections here of anonymous postings and the real life connections I`ve made.

I'm guessing that even the ones on here i dont get a long with I would in real life (we have so much in common.) I am very different in real life. I've also met someone on another board, totally different to what I thought- it can be a wake up call There is no Astral connection on forums. (feel free to disagree) So I remember that when developing relationships, keep things in perspective, I don't really know that person but can get a feel for their personality & level of honesty is all.

I would LOVE to meet everyone on here. It would be so awesome to meet everyone in person. For me, I have no worries about exposure, I am more interested in meeting the people who have impacted my life in such a magnificent way for all these years.

As for famous people. I'm sure some have stumbled across the site, with all the celebrity related posts, but I doubt they post much or stick around long.

I'm sure I'd get along great with everyone here, as I do with everyone in real life. It's a different dynamic off forum, in person. And the people that dislike me would probably love me in an offline setting. That's just what I've experienced and come to expect.

Years ago, I thought a big LL meetup would be fun, but I don't really know anyone here anymore....have connections to anyone.....or have the desire to want to meet anyone in person.

Well....maybe a few old female members that are still posters here (won't name names), but otherwise I see no point to it. So, I would not meet up with anyone else from here or go to a LindaCon.

I'd rather meet a few girlfriends from here over some cocktails and appetizers at a nice seaside restaurant. Something like that. A small group at a table, chittchatting and laughing would be fun.

I like my connections here the way they are now mostly. Light and fun and 'on forum' only. That's good enough for me.
