Can you be honest about how you feel about things? or do you hold back to hold the peace? My issue has always been a "Sagittarian" trait maybe...foot in the mouth, saying things when I need to hold back strongly..to the people who dont hold back, has this trait benefited you long term? or does holding back benefit people more? thoughts......?

Sometime it does, sometimes it doesn't. Saggies do not do it intentionally and it can hurt feelings and then we wonder why.
I try to be tactful most times but still suffer from the occasional foot in mouth. :/

Fire is kind of explosive, birdy. We are known for our tempers. The trick is to not let things get to a boiling point. Count to 20, breathe, count some more. Seems to work for me, most of the time.

Running my mouth has never benefited me. Stinging with truth has never benefited me. But I have to say the truth anyway, otherwise I can't live with myself. I have very forgiving friends. LOL.

And, birdy... I wish you would post more often.

Well Im not a Sag but ruler of my ASC is in Sag I do have a fiery chart though. I dont intentionally say things to hurt people..I find that utterly distasteful but I can really be blunt about things that It's taken the wrong way by people. I can bite my tongue on things but end up feeling like cr-- if I hold back. Maybe thats why I attract quieter men...lol I envy patience.

Thanks Yin for the kind words. I will try to post more. I've been emotionally drained during Venus rx.

i am amazed at the words that fly out of my mouth .lol im a sag with my 2nd thru 5th houses in scorpio then my 6th house is back to sag . sometimes the truth hurts . a double ended sword .i tend to make people cry not meaningly though ofcourse unless lines are crossed then all my scorp steps up

I always felt that unless something really bothers you about the other person, and you need them to change, it's better to remain quiet. I think it's safer, don't have to worry about walking the line between honest and rude. Only speak up if you really have to.

I am a Sagi Ascendent (by Vedic) and i used to do this a lot as a kid till i was a teenager. Then i learnt to refrain gradually.
