Back in 1960 when I was born I weighed only 3 lbs and was in an incubator for many weeks. My Mom had Toxemia and was given last rites and I had an emergency baptism.

My birth certificate does not list my name - it says Baby Girl XXXXX

So far when I have purchased reports and it wants the name from your birth I do list my name and middle name.

Would that be correct instead of baby girl?

Yes, i believe your actual name would replace babygirl... Because despite the official name delay.. You did eventually get a name. But do an online numerology reading based on the name "babygirl" and see what pops up
