Are they blood relations?

All over the place I keep reading how George V, Nicholas II & the Kaiser were all first cousins. Yet I can't find anything linking the Kaiser & Nicholas.

What I know: George V's mom & Nicholas II's mom were sisters. George's father & the Kaiser's mother were brother & sister.

I believe the Tzarina (Nicholas II's wife) was first cousins with George V & the Kaiser. Nicholas himself, wasn't a relative of the of the Kaiser.

Who knows??

It's not a subject I care enough to research on my own and I'm aware that there are a lot of false claims when it comes to them so I just don't feel like looking it up anymore than I did. But at least it's a lead.
