Is it just me or is this season extremely lacking in the mindf.cking?! There was a lot more suspense the first season which is why I fell in love with the series. It was mysterious but not over the top. This season feels like a much simpler plot line and somewhat on the "ghouls, goblins, vampires" bandwagon. I wonder if it's because the characters are harder to relate to this season since they're so extreme.Sorry to "bahumbug" the thread, just my thoughts and I've been looking for people to bounce them off of. I haven't watched the latest episode, but I prefer it not being so much of a mindf*ck. there were parts of season 1 that worked, and others that were all over the place. This season seems tighter. IP: Logged |

I didn't have time to watch but my mom gave me the jist about Sister Jude and the Priest, The Priest and Sister...Mary (The Devil?), and then Dr. Arden! I was overjoyed to hear of Dr. Arden's outcome, yet that leaves an imbalance in the show now so I'm afraid of what terrible thing they're replacing him with! I was amazed by what happened in the episode! Why do you think the doctor did what he did? Because of what Pepper said?I liked seeing them all dancing and looking happy, even though it was obviously a daydream or hallucination. Love what Judy told the one nun, and Lana, too. The baby takes after Dr. Thredson. It's evil enough without the need for demonic possession!  I think the Devil probably needs to be near the person to jump into their body. And the person starts to rot physically if they are not pure enough, like Sister Mary Eunice.  We'll see soon enough! I'm hoping it did die.   ------------------
