I`m actually quite proud of myself today. (It may seem strange to say something like that, but I very rarely feel or tell myself that).

However, two weeks ago I started going to the local Weight Watchers Meetings, and today was the second meeting and I have lost 4.1 kg.

So, not only did I earn my first golden star ( ), but it makes me feel a little satisfied with myself. MOre than I have been in a long time.

So, what have you been proud of about yourself recently?

Kudos

Currently I`m pleased I`m on target with my Christmas purchases and decorating. Usually I`m a day late and a dollar short

Thanks for the birthday wish.

And today was my weekly "judgement-day" again.

Minus 5.6 kilos.
I guess it is quite okay for 4 weeks (I don´t do a diet after all, but just try for healthier eating).
Though I would have liked to reach the 6 kilo mark. But so, no golden star for me today. lol

^ Well I'm giving you a golden star because 5.6 kilos is awesome for one month, imo!

Ceri, continue to be like a postage stamp ... by sticking to it till you get to your destination!!

I'm sure you will arrive!!

Am I boring anyone with updating my weightloss? LOL

Anyway, I am quite proud today again. Despite christmas and New Year`s breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention desserts and snacks, I managed to lose another 1,5 kilos in the last two weeks.

So that means I have lost about 7 kilos by now, starting from 22nd november.

So yeah, I AM feeling proud (and a bit lighter as a matter of fact).

You aren't boring me.

I was proud of myself for juicing last night, and finding veggies the other night, that were still useable/in better shape than I expected, thanks to the cold outside, keeping everything colder than usual in the outside fridge. Until dad saw the spinach in the huge tub of veggies, which needed to go last night (some of it did), and he threw *everything* out.

I'm seriously sighing here. Something is always kicking me in the shins, it seems. But I made my first juice of the year, and I still have a bit of juicing/smoothie stuff in the fridge. he feels bad - he's done something like this before, made assumptions and just thrown things out - but his feeling bad doesn't bring all that food back.

My stomach has been better for two days now. I barely ate or drank anything either day, but I'll figure it out - I just want this to continue. I have a bit more energy today, and just made my green juice.
