I had my nose in books for years before most everyone got internet, including me. I started learning the old fashioned way. Then I used my Google-Fu and learned even more about astrology thru it. There are schools out there, but I can't recommend any off the top of my head. I think I looked into Steven and Jodi Forrest's a long time ago (not sure they still teach) because I respect them as astrologers and have a few of their books.
