hate how my sleeping sched. can get screwed up so easily. i've a hard enough of a time falling asleep anyway. a small disruption like a little cat nap one day can mess me up and take awhile to get back on track.

I'd prefer to wake with the sun and stay on track that way, but it never happens.

ROFL that is too funny! My ex used to give himself coffee enemas.

Well, yeah, coffee earlier, but booze now. It will help me fall asleep eventually maybe. LOL What? I"ve nothing to hide from you people. Not trying to impress anyone!

It might also take the edge off after reading posts from people like you.

Give me a break will you? Geezus.

I give my best advice this way.

Now what's your excuse?

May I suggest you trying to get some more daylight/sunshine hours?

I know it helps my overall mood anyway.

Who isnt?

I think I'm going to try to pull an all nighter now and get a bunch of work done while the light is good in here. Still a few more hours to go til the sun rises again.....

then get to bed early again and start a new, more normal sched.

i used to be that way when i was younger (night owl). now, i prefer to get up early and go to bed early. it doesnt always work out that way though.

in cases like this you have to force yourself to stay up as long as you can and get onto a new schedule. Damn that nap I took!

Don't make me put on a Bolton song to put us all to sleep now. It's too early for that.

It's almost time for my period so I'm already dreading the 12 hours of nightmarish cramps\pains, vomiting fever etc etc argh. Maybe that's why I'm so edgy.. It's the same crap every month. Sometimes I just want to rip my uterus out!!!

Now is the time to take 200 - 400 mgs of ibuprophen! (one or two pills)

If you can take at least 200 mgs before bleeding begins you will notice your whole period cycle is much more bearable.

The recommenation is a day or two before you begin your cycle (sometimes it sneaks up on you though, i know) to take 200 mgs each day. It can really help alleviate many of the worst symptoms. And yes, it's only ibuprophen that does the trick. I remember posting about this in another thread awhile back...

will see if I can find the studies done on this anyway. Trust me, it works!

I also have terrible periods and when I am able to catch them beforehand and take an ibuprophen beforehand it alleviates much of the pain, nausea, hot flashes and other unpleasantries that can come along with the menstrural cycle.

If you have ibruprophen take one now....before you have even started.
