If there's any info on the Cochranes, then please share. It's been awhile since I looked into it, but I recall reading something about how the Cochranes were originally invaders (like Vikings) who grabbed some land in Scotland and then married into the community until they became a native clan.

The story may seem simple compared to Game of Thrones.....

However... It is slightly more satisfying. IMHO anyway
