I'm trying to be OK.I think I just wanna rely on intuition for a bit.Astrology and my intuition tend to clash on some things(relationship stuff) and I end up more confused.

Especially in the beginning, Astrology can get heavy. One sees many painful things about oneself. After a while, it becomes more of a balm than an irritant but this may take some time

I agree with Ami Anne that astrology gives us a deep chance to know ourselves... It's like depth psychology to me. But you can also "choose" for yourself how deep you want to look inside. Balance is key. When I found myself seeing all of what was 'wrong' with me and feeling bummed out about that, I decided heck, I'm going to look at my chart and filter what I see are the positives in my chart.... (even if it could also be viewed as negative).

We have many lenses to view and filter chart info through. Keep looking. Keep adding and understanding new asteroids (if you like those). Don't take any ONE interpretation as 'gospel' here at LL or in any book or website you explore. Dip your toe in, check it out, feel how their viewpoint can 'apply' (if it WERE to apply), then pull that toe out! It's YOUR chart. YOUR life. YOUR potential...and YOU personally are the one that 'matters'.... NOT the chart... It's "you" as a person, growing painfully and wonderfully in your worldly life experiences. The chart is to help guide or focus, but ultimately YOU are the importance of the chart.

As I grow in knowledge of astrology, I find eureka moments that can change my whole view. But that is not the stop-point. Keep going. Keep going. There's always more.... more depth, more width. (okay, okay... I've got Jupiter-ruled chart, vistas and vistahhhhhs!! to look at--- the sky is NOT my limit! Space, The Final Frontier.... :laughing:)

On the OTHER hand, dear Gemmy!..... Are you feeling that the 'expertise' level sharing is 'going over your head'? You know what? intellectually, I'm sorta in the same boat! *laughing* ... I "judge" myself as being 'slow' at learning astrology, if I "compare" myself to others. I WISH I could learn 'that fast'.... There are some GENIUSES here, and they are going fast in their exchanges with each other. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT that means? This material is 'archived'.... You and I will 'have' this to study and consider when we are ready for that level! See?

It's MY LEARNING STYLE. I NEED to go for 'depths of philosophical conceptual understanding' first. (It's my nature-- not right or wrong... unless in a 'classroom' where you are expected to be 'up' at same surface-knowledge as others.) I KNOW I need to 'balance' my learning right now by going towards 'keywords and stems'. I WISH that was more 'natural' to me, but it's hard to 'memorize' words and 'associate' the energy. I am more the 'feel the energy' then find the 'words or label' for it type! (marsCancer?) I 'grope' my learning! *laughing*

And perhaps I need to do that kind of rote-learning a little bit more right now--- (but earthly walk through life is putting me on 'hold & wait' suspense for the right-now moment).

Resist the 'temptation' to compare, label, and think that you're an astro-dummy! LOL!! (I know, because I do that to myself!! oh giod!!) YOU are NOT "alone"..... LOL + HUG!!!

So Gemmy, just 'no pressure' on your self, okay? Answer what you can, or know, and appreciate the cool level of intellects that you and I walk among. I am sooooooo loving it!

Say to yourself that It's "okay".... I can contribute from and through the specialness 'that is ME,'-- and that is a specialness that no one else but MySelf could add to a conversation.... You contribute GREAT here..... LOOK at this thread! This is FANTASTIC! You bring forth convo!!!!

It's the latter.I do feel like everyone else is more knowledgeable. It's hard to put my feelings and thoughts into words most of the time.

And another thing COULD BE THAT transiting Neptune in Pisces is creating blurriness and chaos for your sunny mercurial worlds? It's gonna be okay.... But this is a LONG one, possibly---- been buzzing my chart for the past few years now!

You know what? My own precious head ~~my super-duper mercury chart intelligent-Mind*) can sometimes feel EXACTLY like it's on drugs .... Laughing, I don't 'need' to get high, "the sky" arranges that very niftily for me, Gemmy! (Wha?..... hey, 'niftily'? Is that even a freakin word?? LMAO) yes, folks..... I can feel it all "naturally"--- astrologically -- all-by-myself!

When I throw "music" into the kibble-mix, under certain transits, I can feel ecstatic. No, I'm not crazy.... I mean, well, in the sense that some can view and surface-decide what crazy is... imeanthat... well, you know what I mean!! (*grinning ear to ear* OMG! juuuuust havin fun here! yay)

For real, it was a blow to my own feeling of self-competency. Erosion. That's what Neptune is about. It's gradual. It's sooo subtle it 'neaks up on yeu!' But I KNOW that it's false, but is necessary in my Soul's evolution... and most unfortunate whenever my thinking needs to be sharp and at its 'clearest'.... THAT'S why we need PEOPLE and Friends in our life, Gemmy! Don't stop talking!! We need each other to watch over the other.

So I'll laugh at the Universe! The Universe has a sense of humor --- It knows.... 'cause it gave THIS to me! *laughing at God laughing* It's MY JOB to keep God AMUSED!

The thing is tNeptune is still in the early degrees of pisces,my Gemini planets are at 19 to 22° ,and I already feel myself losing it.
