But Randall.... I've already been your very own present larger-than-life 'mirage' --> The Future is NOW! 
I posted this recently as part of a YellowWax convo with Pearlty...
"I believe in imagination. I believe in the hologram worlds of the science fiction 'holidecks'... Aesthetics-- right surrounds, right atmospheres-- help create nurture for psychological health, and physical vitality. And we KNOW that there is still the wood to chop and the water to carry... But O! The refreshing!"
I am excited by the possible Health applications this can produce, utilizing "environmental atmospheres" that can trigger human Feeling-states, which could help ease the body and the mind through the brain's own releasing of hormones and chemicals. The experience could BECOME a re-writing of life scripts... "as though it really happened."
To this I also want to add how these Holograms can be used by malicious operators to torment innocent vulnerable people. Germany-Russia had abused political prisoners at their whim and will, as well as other nations.... I am cognizant of how this great 'projection tool' has the ability to be used for GREAT HARM.
Have we gone too far? Where are the safeguards for this technology?
I noticed that some of these holograms are for Consumer Products. Will we not be able to control 'commercials' popping into our private spaces without consent? Will the poor and middle-classes be denied the ability to BLOCK these out? Will only the rich be able to "buy" their way out of "intrusions" in private life?
Bad News!! The presence of Obstructionism in governments PLUS greedy Capitalism will mean that there will CONTINUE to be "NO CONSCIENCE" employed when it comes to The People's Lives.... The ones in economic power REFUSE to take responsibility for their evil consequences... and leave us with "messes" to clean up... even inadvertent Deaths. What they DO care about is making that awful glamorous very-'temporary' dollar for themselves.... and like addicts THIS can never satisfy their hunger and longings for more material and for more OBLIVION.
Look at your own life! If you are an older person like me, just look at how they have reached into our Comforts and eroded, changed, and cheapened and downsized the things that were once Life or pleasures. They have OPENLY deceived us...and we were BLIND to it happening! They took advantage of us each "individually" while it was a CORPORATE Collective move on their parts. I saw gentle kind individuals take the imposition on their own Life as 'themselves' being deficient or unique. That "this is the way it is" in the world now, and they suffered privately (even anguished at changes) in order to "go" with the status-quo.
The status-quo has NO thought for them, outside of how gentle vulnerable HONEST people can be stripped from all their "worth".... and then what? Society DISCARDS them as useless anymore. Built in shame-bombs were programmed into the psyches of the honest and innocent! Status-quo has been training the seniors, the poor, the neglected, the 'economic cost-centers' to quietly SELF immolate. The REAL "users" ARE the ones who are killing OUR RESOURCES--- using up what we had as reserves for ourselves, our planet, our children's children. The meager resources deigned left in our lives are NOT enough for many to be surviving this!
We need our eyes open, and minds awake and aware!
The simplicity and pleasures possible in human lifetimes have been taken from us! Our grandchildren have been stolen from.... They don't know what Quality is, True Quality! They are deprived and don't know it! They "accept" and subscribe to the sense-deprivation that media bombardment actually produces in the psyche and body. This is their and our 'new normal' --- but because the young 'don't know any better' they willingly and happily just "accept things as they are." This is danger. I feel with all my might how Wrong this is!
We have ALL been Deceived through these wrong social systems coming into play. We are lulled into deliberate quiet complacency, heaviness, and numbness. Now the Capitalists suck out all the marrow of 'Life-itself' and 'Goodness' in the environment we had in our existence.
My scientific zeal feels the exhilaration of what GOOD CAN COME from employing these devices in our lives...... But my practical real-eye observation of the "new world order" now in place, that occupies our experiences now, tells me that EVIL is the first agenda.
Until justice happens and humanity is valued as Sacred with inalienable Human Rights, we stand on the dangerous edges of cliffs that have been "designed" to make us lose our every Freedom. Freedom is now on the Market.... It has been secretly sold-out. Now, they're implementing their long-range plans and goals for "us"..... It is the New Slavery, and we for now its unwitting captives!
Being Human has NOW become a "commodity" to be sacrificed or saved.
Well? Which will it be? Deal or No Deal?
May the Universe have Mercy! May we have true Leaders rise up to Protect The Innocent from extinction........ God Save Our Planet NOW.

Am still wanting to refine and clarify what I'm trying to really say... but am having to let this post stand 'as-is' for the duration... Circumstances & distractions are in multitude influence in my life right now...
