I can't find practical info on the computer. I figured I would be trusting until someone ordered 3things with an e check. I did not wait 3 days until it was verified and the person cancelled. The person did this in purpose, so I had to get wiser. Now, I have had 3 people want to pay me with Pay pal but are Unverified. I did not accept their payments. If the person is not Verified, the person can just cancel and Pay pal can't do anything. Can anyone enlighten me as to how this whole thing works.
