My life has gone to hell.
Sure feels like nothing matters any longer.
Then I saw a cartoon whilst having a few minutes of joy at having sense of taste.
Here is my reply to that cartoon!

Except Paczki in Raspberry or cream cheese flavor!
Neurological issues have caused near complete loss of my sense of taste for a year to date.
A few minutes ago I had a moment of senses working and bit into one of each Paczki flavors and it literally brought me to copious tears of joy! Wonderful! <3
Sadly the senses are going out on me again. :'(
But for a few minutes, a few precious and totally unexpected moments;
there was such ecstasy at having pure taste sensations!
Now the pain has returned and ripped away most of my sense of taste again. :'(
I look forward to another wondrous moment, when, if ever it returns.

Thank you all.
Been to two new doctors;
several more to see; and also pain management specialists; and so many tests to get.
So far the news is not good.
I will not be getting better.
That is not a cop out; just the raw facts.
I shall continue to savor the brief and rare good moments.
