Thank you, everyone.For now it's one minute at a time as Cat said.
Health issues can be treated but
emotionally I'm still all over place but.. the storms do subside eventually.
T, you didn't contribute to how I was feeling. Like you said, the issues are much complex. Thank you for the words of encouragement. My actions were a cry for help. Maybe LL wasn't the best place to scream it out loud. Lexxy, I'm sorry if I alarmed you and made you feel bad.  You're already dealing with so much happening in your own life. You are there for me when you are able and I'm very grateful for that. DM, please enjoy every minute of your trip. You deserve a to have a fabulous time.
