Anyone out there ever tried using a manifestation journal? This was suggested to me & I'm curious to hear about your experiences with it. Feel free to post the good, bad & the ugly. Thanks LL!

How do you mean?

I've had something happen after just venting about something, and letting it go. I was writing "morning pages", and wrote something about my sister, years ago - she'd been nasty to me for no reason, and I wrote something about how an apology would be nice (but wouldn't usually happen). Not long after that, she walked upstairs, smiled nicely at me, and apologized for her behaviour earlier on.

When I've just made lists, nothing much has happened.

I believe a manifestation journal is basically for writing things you want to attract in your life (based on the Law of Attraction).

I haven't really tried it seriously.
The few times I did write "wishes" in a notebook, well... they didn't materialize, lol.

I haven't done the journal, but I did do the vision board. I made it in January. One of the things on it was a woman riding a bicycle because I want to get in better shape.

Then last week my Mother gave me a exercise bike that she ordered from QVC and never used.

At the beginning of this week, another family member gave me a regular 10 speed bike that they bought for my daughter a few years ago and she never used it.
I'm thinking these vision boards are VERY specific, so be super aware of what you ask for!

My understanding of a manifestation journal pretty much coincides with what Doux said. Supposedly it's supposed to help draw the things you need/want into your life. I suppose it's worth trying - as long as you use your powers for good and not evil

So what are you saying, you just write things you want
or do you put in pics?

If it's just writing, I read a book once called 'Write It Down, Make It Happen' with a similar theme. But it was more intense then just writing down wishes, you actually had to think and work and understand your wants.
