Topic: Do cotton bandannas make any of you perspire more?

I notice when I have a cotton bandanna over my head to protect my scalp from the sun, my face sweats more than if I have one that's a blend.Anyone else notice cotton causes you to perspire more? Or is it just my imagination? And before anyone says, "no it's the sun and air temperature," yes, I realize. What about the density of the fabric? Does cotton trap the heat better than blends? Great question. I wear Buff headbands all the time cuz I hate hair in my eyes. I have natural material ones and the synthetic ones that keep the sweat away. Maybe, these work better.------------------

I like the cotton one because it's comfortable. I have blends, too. I don't want to give up my cotton one because I mail ordered for it and everything.
Maybe it's only for cooler days?
