I saw one in a movie recently and became intrigued. It would be so cool to visit one just once, maybe again if I liked it.

Reminds me of an ice cream shop I've eaten in before. It's like a cafeteria, you find what you want and in most cases pull a lever. When you're done you go up to the register and they weigh it which is what determines price.

Can't recall the name, though. And as far as I know it's not part of a chain.
