Who would like to lift the ban on all banned knowflake previous members and giving them another last chance? And of course it depends on Randall's permission if he doesn't mind.  IP: Logged |

I sometimes do that around Christmas. With the exception of one person, it has always been a failed experiment. People are banned for a reason.IP: Logged |

Randall, that's sad you only lift the ban at Christmas. There is plenty of time for forgiveness all year long. People are often growing, changing, and learning from mistakes- it is an ongoing process. {Life} IP: Logged |

Yes, in my experience from watching this, the banned people use it as a means to harass again.

Forgiveness is something I give daily. But forgiveness doesn't mean we have to tolerate bad behavior or that we can't expect justice or discipline in the world. quote:

A person got a chart from me. I KNEW I should not have accepted him as a client. He kept asking me to defend Astrology etc I told him that I was not going to defend Astrology and that if he wanted a chart, I did not want to argue and if he wanted to do that, I did not want to do the chart. He begged me to do the chart and I did. I spent 5 days on it and then he said that if I was a real Christian, I would give him a refund. I did. I gave him the refund because I don't want anyone to walk away and think they were not served. That is really not my problem. My problem is that I did de-friend him as a FB friend but I want to block him. I blocked him last night but it did not sit well with me to do that. So, I unblocked him and wrote to him that no one had ever treated me as badly as he did for as long as I have had my website and that I didn't want anything from him, just to tell him that. I want to block him again but I feel badly about doing it. I can't for another 48 hours but I wonder what *I* should do in a case like this. My thing in life is that I want to honor God. In all I do, I want to honor God. It is not about this person, per se. I just don't know what would be expected of me in a case like this. Thanks for any help and I hope I did not hijack the thread. It seemed like the same sort of issue. ------------------

After I wrote it, I got my answer. God will repay 7 times over to you if a thief stole from you but you don't need to be rude etcI am not gonna have him for a FB friend but I am not gonna block him either If he contacts me, I will not be rude but I am not going to spend time talking to him either

Forgiveness is to be given for ourselves to keep our hearts hatred free. This is in our own minds. So that our system is clear of negative feelings. However, in day to day living one has to be practical. In practice, forgiveness when given to a person who wants it, can help the person but giving it to those who don't seek it.....Well it depends on what THEY DO with it. If they prove after getting it that it was misplaced then they need to be kept where they belong. For one person hundreds others cannot be troubled. However, if he/she shows that he/she has turned a new leaf atleast in this respect for which he/she is banned then well lifting the ban would be great. IP: Logged |

I think Randall gives people a lot of room to rectify before he blocks someone and he blocks people after giving a lot of chances it seems to me so I don't understand why people want to unblock people so bad...Can people if they want to truly start over any ways just create an email account and register under a new user name? This is just a funny ending to this story.I calmly told the guy how I felt and he refunded my fees for the charts. THEN, he sent me more money for my pain and suffering. I thanked him and sent it back because I did not earn it lol We are on good terms now. I told him that he could ask any questions about his chart when he wanted because I do that, so people can think about their charts and come back later with questions. I hope it stays good

LOL THAT IS PRETTY COOL AMI, I AM GLAD IT WORKED OUT THIS WAY. SOUNDS LIKE HE IS A GOOD GUY who just needed to learn about tolerance.

Anyone who was NOT banned and then re-banned can e-mail me about coming back if they want. I didn't say beg me or convince me. Just e-mail me. We have all gotten mad and said or done things that we later regret. Well if any member is a good example of a "bad" member gone good - but was actually always a great member that never went bad and stayed good, it's me.Randall is not god. I've noticed his judgment of members characters is often WAY off base. Believe it or not, he does make mistakes (like any human being does) and succumbs to high school rumor spreading BS, even when he knows it's not true. He is no guru and in true double Capricorn form will do whatever it takes to save face and try to destroy another if it's in his best interests. I'm only still here because I am a good person and everyone who knows me, knows it. I am also not someone who will call you out in public on your BS. In the end, you have to deal with what you sent out. Anyway, on topic....I wonder how many other banned members are here now..... IP: Logged |
