For those of you who have a Twitter account... Do you know if the time that shows up when you tweet something, is the time everyone will see?

What I mean is.. if I'm in Australia and I tweet something at 7pm today, on the 10th of February... Will someone from US see that exact time/date? Or would they see it converted in their own time?

I think it probably shows the local time of who is viewing it.
