For anyone who might be interested. I downloaded this a few months ago (feel like i was the last to know about it! lol )No more annoying ads or pop ups on any page i visit. There's a tracker you can leave on your toolbar that shows how many ads it's blocking on each website. For example LL shows 2 (7 on the intro page). Now there's a blank spot at the top of the page instead of ads or banners. Was nice to see them all disappear from yahoo news page etc too. http://adblockplus.org Adblock Plus Surf the web without annoying ads! Can block tracking, malware domains, banners, pop-ups and video ads - even on Facebook and YouTube Unobtrusive ads aren't being blocked in order to support websites (configurable) It's free! Yes, it's suitable for people who use the web a lot and prefer not to be bombarded by advertisement and pop ups. With over 300 million downloads, i'm surprised i hadn't known about it sooner. Enjoy! IP: Logged |

Interesting T. It doesn`t track you? It might help dial up service load much quicker so I might give it a go ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

Hi Juni! Yeah, give it a go. I think it helped load pages quicker for me. Makes sense, less info to download = quicker loading, i believe. IP: Logged |
