I rarely ask anyone for anything, especially not for advice. But it would be really helpful to have someone to talk about my life with for a little bit, someone who might have a response that I haven't already thought of myself.

There's no one in my physical locality to talk to, ever, so if you're wondering why I'm making this post, that's why.

*sigh*

Finally! Someone who shares my pain! Lol. I make no claims to give qualified advice, but I do know how it feels to lack trustworthy (and I have a stupid unrealistic definition of what I consider trustworthy! Lol) resources to brainstorm with. There's just a certain affinity and quality of mind I need in my life. Ya know?! I have lots of smart, competent people around, but I need someone less practical, willing to play with ideas. Ultimately, I make my own decisions, and it's not necessarily "advice" that I want, but I would like to have a sounding board to bounce ideas off of, weigh the pros and cons, and exactly what you said, "someone who might have a response that I haven't already thought of myself." I've even considered getting a therapist because there is no one around who can speculate or prospect with me. I don't want to pay someone to be my friend! Lol! Are you the universe's solution to my problem?! Just kidding! Are you!?

Ami Anne, I appreciate the offer, but it's not a public discussion I'm looking for. I don't like exposing my soft underbelly to a crowd. Crowds aren't kind. (Ever heard of the psychological term "group shift"? Though I think they've changed the term to something else since I learned it when I was 17...)

And the Moon is nowhere near my Midheaven. If you have a good eye for charts, you might want to put on some thick polarized safety goggles before clicking that link.

Reaching, I wouldn't mind offering whatever I have to give. Don't know what level you're at and whether I can be of assistance, but that would become apparent pretty quickly, wouldn't it?

One thing about group discussions is that you can share your heart and if people don't like it, in time you get to care less and less and eventually, you are free. Not that I am there yet

No worries, Ami Anne.

Allow me to explain something, just for the sake of clarity:
A lingering bit of early childhood conditioning that still affects me is that I was severely picked-on and bullied at the private Christian school I attended up through sixth grade. I can remember the first time my meek, sensitive little self found it in me to verbally return fire -- that ended with me lying on the ground in a ring of seven or eight other kids, all kicking me. I'm a very strong person in many ways now, and have undone most of that early conditioning, but I still don't like to feel ganged-up on. So I much prefer to discuss my most personal issues one-on-one.

Also, I was suffering from insomnia last night (happens rarely these days and doesn't last, thank goodness) and tend to get a little overemotional when I do. I feel much better now, having had some sleep, and I doubt anyone could help me, anyway.

I tell you all this so you don't go thinking there was any ignoble reason for my request.

ReachingForTheStars, I haven't forgotten about you. Those instructions are good pretty much anytime, unless I'm not at the keyboard.

Sven555, thanks for your concern, too.

You have a beautiful vibe, 7th. I see Chiron conj the ASC as indicating severe bullying. Do you have that. I am so sorry you went through that.

Theo Neandonly Emerson had some sound advice you may enjoy and ponder

“Is it so bad, then, to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood.”

You have done what you could — some blunders and absurdities have crept in. Forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense

and the ever faithful

“Its the not the Destination, It's the journey.”

That`s all I have

Ami Anne: nope, Chiron (Rx) in Aries in the 7th, sextile Mars, square Saturn, and opposite Uranus.

juniperb: No, it's not so bad to be misunderstood. But it is damned lonely at times.

Speaking of Emerson... I rarely waste my time making pictorial quotes, as the Internet is overly full of them already. But I couldn't resist this one:

With the bullying by a group, do you have a lot of 11th House planets? I have seen this and, often, Saturn is there, too.

Well, I feel a little strange responding to this post, but people say I give good advice (including many adults), so I'm willing to give it a shot. I'll give what might be seen as the most important piece of information, because it could be a make-or-break for some people. I'm only 17 (18 next month). So as you could imagine, I have no academic qualifications for any type of counselling (although for a short time I considered becoming a Psychologist). But, I can give you some information about myself and some Astrological information about myself that might make you feel a little bit more comfortable.

I don't know if you believe in Past Lives or Starseed stuff or anything, but I'm an Arcturian Starseed. I'm the son of an Arcturian Elder, and spent most of my previous life studying Spirituality and Philosophy. You may or may not know this but Arcturian Elders are seen as being incredibly wise by many people (including myself, as I had the privilege of speaking with my Father, with one of my friends as the medium). That time studying reflects in my current life because people constantly tell me that I'm wise (which I don't quite understand haha). I also recently discovered that I had a Past Life as a Cathar. Just in case you don't know about Cathars, we were a movement that existed primarily through the 12th - 14th Centuries. We were known for supporting Women's Rights (which went against society at the time), had a life dedicated to achieving unconditional love for all of Humanity (seen as the primary purpose for all through our lifetimes), and our belief in reincarnation. So, as you could probably tell, I'm an incredibly Spiritual person, with Spiritual beliefs that deviate from the mainstream, so you don't really have to worry about being judged for those things. I'm also a Pantheist, so I see everything as a manifestation of the Divine. I see everything that is done as a necessity, so I don't really believe in "the wrong choice". I believe in choices that help people develop character and learn life lessons that will benefit them in the future. That doesn't prevent me from telling someone my stances on an issue, however.

Astrologically, my Chiron is in the 4th House Libra. So there is a lot of relationship stuff with Chiron. With Chiron in the 4th House, part of the description says this: "you have a strong sense of empathy for others and a desire inside you to nurture those who feel displaced." The Libra position is a little bit harder to interpret. There are a ton of interpretations. But, relationships are definitely involved. The positive of this is it's supposed to make me good at helping other people. On the negative, I'm supposed to have issues in this area. I also have Neptune in the 6th House. Part of that means that I feel like it's basically my job to help those who need it. Moon conjunct the MC, increasing to desire to have a caring role towards others. It also apparently makes me more sensitive to the needs of others (which might be kinda setback by my Saturn/Moon conjunction). Jupiter in Aquarius once again makes me Humanitarian. Mercury in Virgo gives me the ability to analyze and be very detail-oriented, which could help with advice.

So, I'm around if you need me but I can understand why you might not.

Is there like an email or something you have?

Or do you want me to use these instructions you posted above? :

"Either of you want to talk, the easiest way I know is to go to https://webchat.freenode.net/
You have to type in 3 pieces of info:
1) Where it says "Nickname:", type your nickname
2) Where it says "Channels:", type #the7thsphere
3) I assume you know how a Captcha works.
Then click 'Connect'."

I highly recommend you get some valerian root and have some every night along with some 5HTP...If you have occasional insomnia that should do the trick. Also keep some melatonin around 5mg for those nights. Valerian is also great for mood and anxiety, people who are addicted to Xanax transition to his herb which is non addictive.

You can't get it here for one dollar:
http://m.dollartree.com/mt/www.dollartree.com/Nature-s-Measure-Relax-Sleep-Dietary-Supplement-30-ct-/p303194/index.pro#details0

I know is the Dollar Tree but it works and if you feel it helps you can get it next time from GNC.
