I got this one for Christmas, and have unfortunately managed to crack the screen. That isn't what I'm asking about, though.

Does anyone else have trouble using it unless it's in a specific (awkward) position, so that it remains connected to the internet? I've had problems with it since I got it, since it doesn't have much space, and the browser keeps crashing, but this has been getting worse. I don't know if it's related to the crack, if I've damaged the wi-fi thing somehow, or if there's something wrong with our internet (although the Roku for the TV, works well).
