You have to check the box, Show Signature, each time you post. ------------------

Unless you are offering FREE readings you cannot advertise your business here without buying a banner ad.
You do appear to be charging for your many types of readings.
I had to tell a person at Labors Of Love the
same thing.
Do you have a paid banner ad here that I have missed seeing?

Voix is fine. As long as a member helps others at LL for free and contributes a lot of time in doing so, I allow signature links. Thanks for keeping watch, LEXX. Kannon is another one (he also used to have a Banner). Very few people qualify by giving so much to LL, but there are some.IP: Logged |

You're welcome Randall.I was not aware of the current rules concerning advertising.  Thank you for clarifying it all.
The last thing I knew was;
that there were no exceptions. You also helped bring to my attention an issue I was totally unawares of.:eek  It seems some folks mistakenly thought I advertising a service and charging folks;
because my signature line had links within it. NOPE. NOTHING BEING SOLD!
No money coming to me via LL,
nor from anywhere else.
They only link/linked to information about Lexigrams and Lexigramming 
and to my Lexigramming mini-biography.
The other links were to our Lexigramming Newsletter and to a Lexi-Numerology program based on letter frequency in 1.2 million names and the frequency of letters in more than a million words of the English language. I had to stop a newbie at Labors Of Love who was violating the rules; when I saw your post soon after. I was not aware that the rules had exceptions. Years back when the rules were strict; I was severely ridiculed for doing the same thing folks here are now doing, and my new business failed. I was offering much more for free than not; but it did not stop the ridicule. People were quite rabid about Linda's saying no one should charge for esoteric services etc. I forget the exact wording.
So I apologize.
I did not realize the rules had exceptions aside from the banner ads. Randall thought I knew, but I must have misunderstood and or not remembered him telling me the exceptions.

Dear Lexx, thank you for explaining. I know you were just moderating. I am worse here as I did not even know about the rule in the first place! My responsibility of course. I'll need to dig them up and refresh my memory, so it is good you brought this to my attention, thank you. I am sorry you were ridiculed. I had many reservations about payment for tarot myself. In fact, I never once accepted a penny in over 20 years of reading until this year. I have had this discussion with someone else who had the same inner conflict and they pointed out to me the time that it takes to cast, interpret and write up readings - it is this that the payment covers, the insight is given freely. This seems fair to me. However, I feel that money should never be a barrier to people accessing the wisdom of the tarot and this is why I still regularly read for free, either on LL or for friends. Most of my paid readings have a free follow-up reading, and even those that do not, I usually give one anyway if requested. Like yourself, I give away far more than I take. ------------------
