That aside...first, I'd want to know the catch (and if they're Monkey Paw type wishes, or if they'll be balanced out somehow, like wishing for a new talent would erase an old one for example). I wouldn't make wishes for others in case it turned out bad for them (unless I was asked to). But we'll skip that this time.

1. I'd wish to know WHY he was granting wishes.

2. I'd wish to know HOW he granted them.

I expect the insights gained from those two wishes would affect my third (and might include a return to ignorance, but again I'm ignoring the potential negative consequences), but as those 2 can't be known by me I'll just go with a wish to be able to flawlessly depict the images in my head to a visual medium (drawing, painting, etc).
