Avaton = The most sacred place. The holy of holies. A sanctuary.

Because whatever they may be experiencing or going through at home, this place is theirs. It belongs to them. It is no one else's but theirs. And here they are protected, they are loved, they are respected and they are honored. Because they are the future. And it is our duty and our responsibility to help them and to show them how to become the best of themselves.

Expect the worst from people without being reactive, but also hope for the best.

I expect the best but prepare for the worst.

I agree with that Randall...its a bit dour but I think it makes me more resilient.

Studies show people are rather delusionally optimistic about their future. No one sits around fantasizing about getting divorced, getting fired, losing relatives, getting diseases, but this is in fact the reality of life...sadly. Of course good things happen also, new jobs, buying a house, new friends, marriage, baby...

Experience has shown me that life is often a matter of "whats going to be the problem this week, month, year" and that being resilient and expecting to have to adapt makes things easier.

Expecting ones "ship to come in" is an attitude that can lead to a lot of disappointment.

I expect that I will make positive experiences for myself, by spending times doing things I like doing with people I enjoy doing them with. I know that in the end I am the person that's responsible for my experience, and if I am unhappy the blame falls squarely on myself. Its in my power to make the changes in my life that make my life good, and its in my power to adapt to the stressors and. unwanted events that are inevitable. There is usefulness in suffering and problems.

But in terms of random events, frankly most of them are problematic, and its kind of incessant frankly lol..

Quite often the best news is no news. And a day of time spent in solitude, in nature, doing something creative, is an incredible gift.

I don't put too much faith in others, I put my faith in something larger, that way Im less disappointed, I understand humans are made of water mostly, and they act accordingly. The universe has all the elements and is much more balanced and stable. Humans are bags of water and are about as reliable as one. Its cute to try to put ones faith in a human though...varied results. buyer beware!

I agree with Lexx that self love is 100% extremely important, one of the most important things, no one can love us the way we love ourselves

Don't do same thing again and again and expect different results.

You are the one who needs to deal with the consequences of what you've done, no god will come and help you with it.

The way the first act is committed determines the nature of the resulting acts. A single lie creates more lies. An act out of fear results in more fearful acts.

Try not to do reckless **** .

Some things grow better in the dark, when you let no one know about it.

Everything comes and goes. Friends, fame, even bliss.

One of the most bitter lessons I have learned is life is unfair in a lot of ways. Some people have to process a whole lot of trauma only to get lectures from people who didn't go through half of what you went through about how you should feel and think.

Marriage Edition

Be willing to have uncomfortable conversations with your spouse.

Be willing to tell spouse when they offend you, or you'll end up resenting them. And resentment can manifest in many ways.

Value every moment of your life
because even immortals can
die in accidents🖤💀😢👽
Like vampires yes once the body is
In pieces or head off or whatever any
one no matter what can die
just like that🖤💀👽😢

Appreciate every sunrise every
sunset good rest trees flowers nature and more🌈😎💖
take none of your precious time for
granted.👽💙

Stop ******** about people and try
to not be nasty rude and hateful
or simply do not bother to depend getting what you feel that you need from other
folks
and seriously folks if need be try
going it solo
and become your own best and most trusted
friend person💖💞😎🌈

Seriously I know,
Alone does not have to be lonely😎🌈💞

Do not surround yourself with toxic
people or any people even
if they all appear to make you
miserable💙😢
Let them go and
let yourself be set free to be just
yourself even if going it solo💞🌈😎

Dying sure makes one realize that
going it solo
is not the worse nightmare in life
and can even be strangely calming and satisfying😎🌈💞

SEX😎😄
Sexual release can be had through
all kinds of creative devices these
days and add in your imagination and
like a kind of matrix you will find
that you can orgasm over and over
and feel much more relieved and
better able to face others without
the added sexual tensions in times
that those strong sexual tensions
should not be a factor💖🌈😎

I use to tell folks to masturbate before
going on a date😎🌈

Then even do it in private if need be
during said dates😎🌈

That practice has helped me
many countless times to avoid sexual
tension and expectation of physical
intimacy
until a better moment😎🌈💖

Teenagers have thanked me because
yes this does indeed help one feel
more in control and less anxious
whilst being
around other folks😎🌈💖

So there you all go
Take care of your physical personal
intimate needs that
seriously, come on,
really do not require another person
to be involved every time😎😄

Appreciate every precious moment
of your lives and
learn from even the bad times
and try to help others because
if life has been hard you
can from experience help others cope
if they desire to do so🌈💖😎

There are many more bits of advice
but for now that is enough.

PS
Note
I wonder how many folks are actually
orgasm addicts and are not actually
needing physical contact with anyone
but themselves to achieve those super extraordinary wonderfully amazing deep satisfying physical releases⁉️😎💖🌈

Love💖 and blessings💖🌈
and may your lives be
long prosperous🖖🖖🖖🖖🖖

------------------

The thought of suicide
is a great consolation:
by means of it
one gets through
many a dark night.💙😎
