Title is pretty self explanatory. You inadvertently find yourself in a frightening & bizarre situation that you are unable to grasp. This seemingly came out of nowhere & the only hope you have to safely escape from these chain of crazy events is by blindly listening to a complete stranger you know nothing about but they seem to know you & have access to info that they shouldn't.This intriguing yet unsettling stranger manages to lead you to safety right before pulling you into a surreal world that seems to defy logic. It is here that you meet the mysterious person who had talked you through that mind boggling event & get an idea what he is about. This is clearly a powerful person & he chose to reach out to you for some reason. So when Morpheus gives you the option to take either the red or the blue pill, what do you do? A.) Grab the blue pill without a 2nd thought, punch Morpheus in the face. You're still kind of salty that you had to miss work at your boring cubicle job just so you humor him in his "quest for truth" b.s. or w/e nonsense. Then tell him he owes you $55 for the time you missed playing his stupid game.
B.) Give it serious thought before choosing the blue pill. - explain why
C.) Give it serious thought before choosing the red pill. - explain why D.) Ask if you can take both pills just cause you're curious to see what happens. Then you learn the blue pill is actually a placebo & you go "oh that makes sense, hahaha, that red pill must be already kicking in." Cause your funny like that. E.) Hesitantly take the red pill then immediately regret it & spend your time either paranoid about its possible effects or making an honest attempt to see the positives & benefits from this decision. You already took it so might as well make the best of it. F.) Take the red pill w/o hesitation & buckle up your seat belt. You know you are in for a bumpy ride but you have a responsibility whether you want it or not & you are not about to ignore your call to duty. G.) Ask for 2 red pills.
Or you don't have to choose any of those options, I just put them there for fun

Hold up just a second, Randall. I just want to make sure I am understanding you correctly. So in this imagined scenario you are suggesting we add another option where you don't take either one of the mystery pills? This is a very fascinating theory. I think I may do a few trial runs to test whether or not there is any realistic way for there to be a successful outcome without pills of any color. If that is alright with you obviously. I don't have any intention of kidnapping your brainchild. If anything comes from it I promise to give you sole credit in coming up with the theory.Before I do any work though. I just want to be sure on all the details. So even if the stranger is wearing a duster & funny sunglasses and could be a possible stalker or worse? You are taking into consideration the fact he had a bunch of strange children in his apartment. none of which he has no legal guardianship of. I cannot see how it could possibly make sense to not pop unknown pills from someone as bizarre and seemingly sketchy who've you only just met but I'll check and recheck the math, I am sure I could have missed something. Lol yeah I would forgot to include the most obvious & sensible option. If I was to actually find myself in that situation God knows how, I would for sure not be ingesting anything in that house. & Once I left I would be contacting authorities about the possible kidnapped children that lived with him.
But to be honest, look at neo's existence prior to morpheus. Taking an unknown substance from a strange weirdo is just inevitable. It's going to happen, it just is
PS: I in noway took your comment seriously in that you meant it to be anything other than a joke. I just kinda forgot I posted it & lost interest in that musing once I started on another. I read your post last night and it made me laugh. i was tired though and just remembered now.
I don't get offended by outside opinions of me. It's contradicting.

What if conspiracy theories are the blue pill? I can’t actually take pills, so I wouldn’t choose either of them. Just please be careful. Another republican who flouted covid restrictions, has it again, and so does his family. He says it’s much more challenging this time.

I find it ironic that the character named Mr. Smith (Matrix) in this film was a leader that had integrity. Talk about the Upside Down- The Matrix is the Original Spin Doctor.

We never had flu restrictions. We need to eliminate COVID restrictions completely. This BS needs to stop. We are always going to have COVID--just like the flu. People are going to get sick. Not sure we were always going to have SARS-CoV-2, since it seems it was purposely created in a lab. Several reputable and well educated people have talked about this strong possibility. Nor was it just China's fault. A good deal of the funding and impetus came from US interests. China is now the convenient patsy since it was physically located there. But it was probably a US intelligence agency operation in tandem with plutocrat types from around the world. This is how a lot of shady stuff happens. IP: Logged |
