I just finished watching the Hellraiser remake on Hulu. I have to say that I liked it a lot. There were certain things in the plot that didn't exactly make sense, but the film really took the mythology of the Cenobites and the box in an interesting direction. And the effects and make-up, holy hell! The Cenobites in this reimagining are terrifying and a step up from their previous designs in my opinion. I'm only sad that this film didn't come to theaters in full 3D. Now that would have been an experience and a half.IP: Logged |
