Still alive learning to walk again....will update ASAP.
Was paralyzed from chest down for many months due to spinal cord and infection from head to tailbone. Almost did not survive.
And having Internet problems and my tablet is not working right and cannot afford a new one.
And have no heat and winter is coming.
Just want to tell everyone I shall indeed return ASAP.
My life is a financial nightmare in top of the physical issues.

You are incredibly strong to endure, and hopefully overcome, so many obstacles. If you're up to it, you might find a warm welcome on boards devoted to overcoming hardship. I'm sure you've learned a lot that would be valuable to others who are facing a harsh illness or injury for the first time. And maybe they'll have something helpful to say back.Welcome back! I know you’ve said something about not having people over before (or I think you did), but if you ever need anything, I could ask my dad to drive me up there. It’s probably the same amount of time as our going to the beach. IP: Logged |

As soon as I get a better tablet and my vision fixed yes will do so more. Have a lot of my plate at this time. I have started posting at fb again.
I am too stressed to go to boards dealing with hardship at this time.
I need to get my life back together first.

Let's wait until spring comes and I get furniture for guests. Whilst in hospital etc I lost pretty much everything.

THEN THEY THOUGHT THE BRAIN AND SPINAL CORD WAS INFECTION WAW GOING TO KILL ME.
AND THE COLLAPSE OF MY SPINE AND AND TOTAL LOSS OF KNEES CARTILAGE WOULD MEAN I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF BED.
WELL I REFUSE TO GIVE UP.
I WEIGHED 2 AND 3/4 POUNDS AFTER I WAS BORN AT 4 AND 1/2 POUNDS BUT BE AME VERY ILL HAVING BEEN BORN A PREEMIE AFTER 6 AND 1/2 MONTHS INSTEAD OF NINE. WAS IN AN INCUBATOR
FOR 20 WEEKS. BORN HUNCHBACKED AND SEVERE CLUBFEET AND SCOLIOSIS....AND HEART PROBLEMS.....
I OVERCAME THAT AND SO MANY THINGS IN MY LIFE TO DATE.
SO YEPPERS GOING TO WALK AND HIKE AGAIN ASAP 👍🏼😎♥️ Oh yeah.....I load up my rollator walker and take trash to road and each bag requires a walk of 150 feet round trip.
I throw the trash bags down the steps.....
Then push the rollator walker down the steps...then go down the 4 steps backwards and pick up the rollator and tie the trash to it. The trip ban means pushing the rollator up the steps then crawling up the steps then dragging the rollator back up the steps whilst sittong in wheelchair.
Makes the physical therapy people and nurses and doctors crazy 🤣.
I am looking forward to summer.🌻♥️😎👍🏼♥️
I hope to ge a treadmill so I can practice walking in it indoors.
