I have mine and it's all signed and sealed by the state, the hospital administrator and the physician. It states the name of the hospital, the date, my parents names, date of birth, hour and minute of birth, the city and state of birth and the name of the delivering physician...with his signature.

Getting a certified copy of your Birth Certificate..as opposed to a copy of a Certification of Live Birth is a simple matter..and they're 2 different documents.
