I hope they change the law about military not being able to sue military doctors. Irresponsible and disgusting how they can get away with a lot more than in the civilian world. My heart aches for this guy and his family. I cant even imagine.

While I have very negative feelings against junk lawsuits, these kinds of incidents of professional medical incompetency make it clear no one should be able to hide behind government and be immunized against personal injury lawsuits. That includes the military, government officials and the US government itself.
