So, all the blithering, blathering, bloviating and bullshiit the Marxist Socialist Progressive O'Bomber and his cadre of Marxist Socialists were spreading around that under O'BomberCare Americans would be able to keep their favored insurance plans and keep their doctors of choice has been admitted to be the damned lie most of us knew it to be.

Of course, lies are the stock in trade of Marxist Socialist Progressives and the only arrow they have in their quiver.

O'Bomber lied his way into the White House and that's the only way Marxist Socialist Progressives ever manage to get themselves elected.

When voters finally penetrate their lies, they get dumped...oh, except for the "useful idiots of Socialism", that is. The "useful idiots" just keep drinking the Kool-Aid.

So, let's deconstruct O'Bomber's own words for the lying misrepresentation he now admits.

Notice this line:

"For example, we said from the start that it was going to be important for us to be consistent in saying to people if you can have your -- if you want to keep the health insurance you got, you can keep it, that you’re not going to have anybody getting in between you and your doctor in your decision making."

That's right, it was going to be important TO SAY Americans could keep their insurance plans and their own doctors under O'BomberCare. But, SAYING they could do so was a lie, an important lie in their quiver of lies because if Americans didn't believe they could keep their own favored insurance plans and their own doctors....then Americans would have rejected O'BomberCare out of hand. There's a huge difference between SAYING and actually crafting legislation designed to accomplish that goal.
But, it was never their intention to accomplish that goal...just the opposite was true.

Their true goal was always to take over the entire health care sector of the private economy and force everyone into a single payer government run Socialist health care system with unelected bureaucrats making decisions about medical care and treatment.

November 2, 2010 is an important date looming on lying Marxist Socialist Progressive's horizon. Call that date the day of reckoning.

Obamacare = Stray Dog, So Says President
Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 12:27pm
Sarah Palin

What am I missing, folks? We’re called obstructionists and made to feel uninformed in the Obamacare debate as we point out this is not a patient-driven, market-oriented approach to health care cost challenges. We’ve been saying for months that this is government takeover of our personal choices of insurers and doctors. We’re called liars when claiming that this is all about government mandates and control of up to a sixth of our economy.

And yet, shockingly, the president admitted yesterday exactly what we’ve been saying: that his Democrats and lobbyists have crafted bills that in fact will prevent us from keeping our current insurance and/or choosing our own doctor. He said:

"The last thing I will say, though -- let me say this about health care and the health care debate, because I think it also bears on a whole lot of other issues. If you look at the package that we’ve presented -- and there’s some stray cats and dogs that got in there that we were eliminating, we were in the process of eliminating. For example, we said from the start that it was going to be important for us to be consistent in saying to people if you can have your -- if you want to keep the health insurance you got, you can keep it, that you’re not going to have anybody getting in between you and your doctor in your decision making. And I think that some of the provisions that got snuck in might have violated that pledge." O'Bomber [emphasis added]

Thanks to Tom Bevan at RCP for spotting this. The president’s statement is shocking, enlightening, and in an odd and unfortunate way also encouraging. Folks, this admission tells us we’re not off-base and we need to stay vigilant so we’re not missing anything else in this scheme. This trillion-dollar government takeover of our health care system is full of “stray dogs and cats” (the president’s words, not mine), and that’s what we’ve been saying all along.

Commonsense conservatives have better ideas on how to start tackling rising health care costs. Reps. Paul Ryan, Mike Pence, Eric Cantor, John Boehner, and others have offered solutions. I commend their efforts to counter the White House’s attempt to ram Obamacare through as these Congressmen seek bipartisan, sensible solutions. I implore them to speak louder because we’re listening, and we’re counting on them!

Oh this IS shocking!

Obama says he doesn't want health reform to get between people and their doctors, and now he wants to weed out things in the bill that would do just that.

Clearly, there's a lie in there somewhere.

I just can't see where.

O'Bomber SAYS lots of things. However, his actions put the lie to his words.

As for ramming the Socialist O'BomberCare down America's throat...well at every stage of this disaster and worst piece of legislation ever written by a Congress of the United States..there were demands to vote on 2000+ page bills without even time for House and Senate members to read them.

Backroom deals were made behind closed doors with no transparency whatsoever including outright bribes to Senators to get their votes. Color these bribed Senators gone from the Senate when they have to face reelection.

They're still trying to ram it through against the wishes of the American public...as is.

O'Bomber has said the House and Senate bills are the "baseline" for negotiations with House and Senate Republicans and those bills contain all the absurd provisions Americans despise and will not accept.

O'Bomber, Pee-lousy and Reid are trying to get House and Senate demoscats to march off the cliff for O'BomberCare. However, House and Senate demoscats are wising up to the fact November 2, 2010 is looming on their election horizons.

By a 61% to 28% margin, Americans want O'BomberCare scrapped and a new start made for common sense reforms to the best health care system on earth.
www.rasmussenreports.com

Brain dead demoscats call House and Senate Republicans the party of NO as it pertains to O'BomberCare. It should be HELL NO so as to not get sucked into enabling the worst bills ever written by a Congress of the United States.

The simple fact is that with a large majority in the House of Representatives and a bullet proof, fillibuster proof majority in the Senate...demoscats could have passed this trash at any time.

O'Bomber's, Pee-lousy's and Reid's real problems are with demoscats of their own party...and the American people.

I seem to recall it was the Bush Justice Dept which put hundreds of fat cat Wall Street types in federal prisons and fined others billions of dollars.

You seem to be the one who's forgotten all those federal prosecutions.

Bush sure wasn't perfect but he stands head and shoulders above the totally incompetent loony-tunes Marxist O'Bomber.

corporate fascists my dear. when "private" industry and corporations are running the joint it is called fascism.

but more to the point, what good did those prosecutions do? did they stop goldman sachs lending money to greece they couldn't afford to pay back? not excusing greece anymore than i'm excusing the people who bought houses they couldn't pay for, but honestly what good does it do to prosecute a few individuals but give the industry a free field to wreak havoc in at the same time?

I say to just let them have it at this point. They don't need the Republican (or anybody else's vote) to pass this monstrosity. It's all theirs, for better or worse.

And people deserve everything they're supporting.

Like all the jobs we've saved with unemployment rising to new heights.

These people voted for that.

Like all the funding cuts for the military in the middle of a war.

These people voted for that.

Despite countless evidence to the contrary, people believe the "new" government will magically make a great healthcare system that will care about them and not cost us more money, and that will keep us all safe and healthy into old age.

Let them have it. Why not? The worst that could happen is that people die from lack of proper health care once the programs prove to be as efficient as, well, any other program run by the government. OR as soon as we run out of money. And guess what? We're already in debt for generations to come. So please, let them have their cake and eat it, too. Finally, the over-population activists will have a probable victory for which to cheer ... and those of us "lunatics" and "naysayers" still alive even in a worst case scenario will be busy handing out much deserved Darwin awards. At least those don't come with long-winded acceptance speeches.

"I guess quite a few people owe us an apology Jwhop LOL"

LOL is right Lara. Don't hold your breath waiting for leftists to apologize...for anything. When they're proved wrong they just go off on a different tangent.

I seem to recall the O'Bomber persona was laid out on the pages of LindaLand...and, all those predictions came true exactly as predicted.

Hi Eleanore

Where have you been keeping yourself? Missed you.

Strange katatonic that I haven't gotten a bill for Cheney's medical bills.

Say, did you get a bill for Kommander Korruption's heart surgery?

Lucky for Kommander Korruption that O'BomberCare wasn't in force. O'Bomber's Doctor Death and his death panels would have killed KK for sure.

so let me get this straight, you think the bankers and insurance companies who are getting so much help right now are communists?

Gross hypocrisy katatonic....since you didn't object to Kommander Korruption's bypass surgery AND you didn't object to Kennedy's cancer surgery AND you didn't object to Robert KKK Byrd's multiple and long standing medical regimes to keep him alive long past the time O'Bomber's Doctor Death, Zeke Emanuel and his death panel would have consigned KKK Byrd to the grave.

No, those of the hypocrisy set only want to complain about those they hate.

Leftist hypocrisy in action.

but you are overlooking the fact that those people did not object to the rest of us having government help with our health. there is no hypocrisy in my pointing out that laissez-faire cheney is another member of the life-time government healthcare club.
