Pitt Pulls the Switch on BP
Jeannie DeAngelis

Brad Pitt is indignant about injustice. So much so that the Hollywood icon/prolific accommodator of Angelina Jolie's obsessive-compulsive reproduction disorder has stepped forward to speak on behalf of exacting justice against those who've wronged Mother Earth.

The Hollywood actor said he would "consider the death penalty for those to blame for the ruptured well that gushed millions of gallons of oil into the ocean." When asked about the "people responsible for the crisis, the ‘Inglourious Basterds' star said: ‘I was never for the death penalty before - I am willing to look at it again.'"

Bastian of moral authority Brad Pitt, who left his wife to cavort with a notorious seductress, isn't recommending the death penalty for mass murderers, rapists or child molesters, and certainly not adulterers, but rather for BP executives for accidental oilrig explosions in the Gulf of Mexico.

If anyone possesses the right to express moral indignation, Brad Pitt sure does. Brad Pitt decided to "Make It Right" in New Orleans after doing his wife of five years wrong by abandoning her for a sultry mistress. "Mr. Pitt, 46, spearheaded the ‘Make it Right' project to build 150 affordable and sustainable homes in one of the areas of New Orleans that was worst hit by Hurricane Katrina in 2005."

Mr. Pitt's provocative "fry the inglourious basterds" remarks were revealed as his life partner and mother to three biological and three adopted children, Angelina Jolie, was making a "goodwill visit to Sarajevo, Bosnia." What better way to remediate a sullied reputation than to portray yourself as a benevolent ambassador, environmental green advocate or a spokesperson indicting and sentencing corporate oil magnates to the gallows.

Angelina traveled to Bosnia to speak to "government officials about possible education programs to help resettle refugees still homeless, following the country's civil war." Pitt should have gone with Angie to propose a Bosnian "Make it Right" project. The trip could have been called "Infidelity Enterprises," where shameless adulterers build homes for homeless Bosnians.

According to Ivy-cap-wearing Pitt, the answer to ensure accidents like the Deepwater Horizon oilrig explosion never scourge the earth again is to make an example of BP executives by administering lethal injections. Pitt is obviously of the mind that exacting the death penalty on a criminal of Tony Hayward's stature ensures similar tragedies are prevented from reoccurring.

Nothing deters oilrigs from exploding more effectively than exercising the death penalty on a few key oil executives.

Film director Spike Lee recently completed a film entitled, "If God is Willing and Da Creek Don't Rise." In the documentary Brad "emerges a hero" for his humanitarian house building efforts. The film was supposed to end "on a positive note with the New Orleans American Football team winning the Super Bowl." However, the ending was changed to incorporate the premeditated BP oilrig explosion.

Mr. Spike "Do the Right Thing" Lee decided oil-soaked pelicans and oil threading through the Gulf was too important to leave out of the exposé so the director changed the ending to include British Petroleum's deadly crimes.

With any luck, a man with Brad Pitt's Congressional clout could potentially convince the federal government to try and execute BP executives. Heck, the actor was able to convince America he was Jesse James. Then Spike can edit the film and splice into the ending that righteous defender-of-Mother-Earth, Brad Pitt, throwing the switch on the guilty so that "If God is Willing and Da Creek Don't Rise," can conclude on an upbeat note as originally planned.

i have an idea, why don't we brush off the "A" brand and put a scarlet letter on the foreheads of everyone who has had an affair while married, and a "AA" for those who then moved in with the affairee! i'll bet a few from outside hollywood would be wearing those letters. then we would know that anything GOOD those people did in the future was just a lame attempt to win approval and we could just trash their good works and stone the buggers at the same time!

of course anyone who adopts must also be suffering from loosed screws...it's okay for women to be forced to deliver unwanted babies and babies they can't support, but for someone to use their wealth to give some of those kids homes? pathetic, neurotic and worse...

It's bad enough when residents of DopeyLand...those without discernible brain wave activity..can't remember their lines and need a teleprompter.

It's a far different matter when these brain dead ones spew incoherently about expanding the Capital Punishment statutes to include those who have made "mistakes".

Part of leftist plans to depopulate the earth no doubt.

They're coming to take you away, Haha,
they're coming to take you away, Ho ho, hee hee, ha ha,

To the funny farm Where life is beautiful all the time
And you'll be happy to see
Those nice young men In their clean white coats

And they're coming to take you AWAY, HA HAAAA

Brad Pitt and the Mind of the Leftist
Michael Fraley

Regarding the actor, Brad Pitt, USA Today recently reported: "Reflecting on those responsible for the oil spill, Pitt can barely contain his contempt. ‘I was never for the death penalty before,' he says. ‘I am willing to look at it again.'" Many will likely cast Pitt's statement as something less than serious - either the ramblings of another Hollywood type, witty and pointed hyperbole, or something in between.

***How about nitwittery**

However, consider for a moment how his words demonstrate something deep within the mind of the leftist; or to be more accurate, an impulse hiding within every human being, albeit usually restrained by some combination of the rule of Law, religious conviction, the traditions of society, or a simple awareness of the value of created Man. Since the ideology of the left generally heaps disdain on all such principles, one can surmise (and history in fact demonstrates) that these restraining influences are easily ignored when leftist regimes hold the strings of power.

In 1933, William Randolph Hearst, an admirer of European fascism, reworked a script for what would become the movie, "Gabriel Over the White House." In it, President Judson Hammond, having only been recently inaugurated, survives an automobile accident and has an encounter with the archangel Gabriel. Thereafter, with a higher calling and the full power of the state, he begins to tackle every social ill. When impeached, he suspends Congress and assumes the role of sole law-maker.

After building up an "Army of Construction" and spending billions on a series of workers' programs, President Hammond soon faces resistance from his enemies, through a group of powerful gangsters. With absolute authority, he orders that these gangsters be tried in a military "court" - when convicted, they are immediately taken out and shot. In the end, President Hammond dies, and is eulogized as "one of the greatest presidents who ever lived."

What is interesting is that the Democratic presidential nominee, Franklin Roosevelt, was an eager participant in "tweaking" the script. As Jonah Goldberg points out in his book, Liberal Fascism,

One of the project's uncredited script doctors was the Democratic Presidential nominee, Franklin D. Roosevelt. He took time off from the campaign to read the script and suggested several important changes that Hearst incorporated into the film. "I want to send you this line to tell you how pleased I am with the changes you made in 'Gabriel Over the White House,'" Roosevelt wrote a month into office. "I think it is an intensely interesting picture and should do much to help."

FDR, an admirer of the film and the fictional Hammond (as well as the real-life Mussolini), went on to establish his own civilian armies, spend billions on New Deal programs, and order the internment of hundreds of thousands of Japanese and German Americans during WWII. Wilson, during WWI, had imprisoned thousands of Americans without trial. If either war had dragged on for an extended period, would these presidents, or their successors, have increased their power even more and taken even more drastic measures? One may only speculate, but what is clear from the history of the last century is this: more than 150 million lives were extinguished by the hand of the leftist. Socialist states, placing the collective above the individual, took it upon themselves to commit mass murder in the name of furthering their Cause. They were restrained by neither the rule of Law, not religious conviction, nor the traditions of society, nor any awareness of the Value of created Man.

Perhaps those who are responsible for the BP oil spill are nothing more than "gangsters" - I don't know. What I do know is that when Brad Pitt makes his comments, he is not expressing an opinion on the nature and extent of judicial punishment. He is, in fact, expressing the moral relativism that dominates the mind of the leftist, and is channeling the arrogance of power that led to the murder of all those millions, all in the name of a Cause.

don't see brad running for office. he is entitled to his opinion and you are entitled to disagree. but juxtaposing his opinion with the fact that he is divorced is just more ridiculous hype and blackwashing...

Sorry but you missed the point. No cookie for you.

It's not that Pitt is divorced. That's not the point...though the immoral Pitt is just a typical DopeyLand airhead who jumps from woman to woman/man to man/woman to man etc.

The point is that this boneheaded moron believes himself capable of deciding the "Capital Punishment" statute for the United States.

If this DopeyLand moron has exercised his right to "remain silent"; most people wouldn't now know he's a moron.

no,, jwhop, he doesn't decide for the country. he makes a comment based on his own anger at the clowns who cut corners and let the oil mess happen. not everyone with an opinion is telling the world what everyone should think...

and no, i don't think i missed the point. much is made by the first opinionater (and you) of the fact that brad ran off with another woman who happens to like using her money to raise kids...which he also seems to enjoy...and to boot they have adopted several who would probably have starved or otherwise had miserable lives, that is really IMMORAL INNIT?

so because these two ruined his childless marriage to someone well able to take care of herself everything they say and do is suspect. what bulldung! plenty of people not only leave their spouses but their kids behind. i have no real interest in brad and angelina but they have been together 7 years now! and that is longer than a lot of marriages last so why do some people still find the need to wag their fingers and tongues and justify discrediting their opinions by doing so?

once again, the rumour mongers and spite stirrers are cackling about nothing. a man's opinion, which gets posted because he's a celebrity...big deal. how would you like it if every silly move you ever made was thrown up in your face every time someone disagreed with you?

That's right katatonic.

Because Pitt exercised his right to speak...instead of his right to remain silent...he's exposed himself as the bubbleheaded DopeyLand moron extremist he really is.

A proposal to execute those who make/made "mistakes" is an extremist bonehead viewpoint which wouldn't get support from any rational American.

whatever. some people really are grasping at straws to prove the whole world - apart from princess pale'un - is crooked, stupid or both.

pitt did not step forward he gave an interview and answered a question. once more with feeling, jwhop BIG EFFING DEAL. so he has some ideas that are less than brilliant, or feelings that don't jibe with your world view.

that has nothing to do with him being divorced, supporting 6 kids, or the tattoos on jolie's shoulder...

nor do you have to go to hollywood to see people leaving not only their wives but their kids, and seven years later, jolie and pitt are still hoeing that row...how do you know they are amoral? by reading the very same tripe-zines that gush about this garbage (celebrity breakups etc). haven't you ever broken your word, or a woman? does that make you a leftist or an amoral creep?

i'm sure your circumstances made it necessary. and of COURSE theirs do not. for all either of us know. of course someone in the public eye should never hurt anyone's feelings or do anything dubious - because they owe it to the public to be solid gold statues, is that it?

coming from someone who lumps everyone left of mussolini in the same camp, that is going some.

meanwhile we have that radio bighead spouting off that he is going to save america, completely unsolicited and much scarier than a single person of any calibre giving an opinion. because he thinks he is speaking for god.

"We are 12 hours away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America," Beck said, according to the Post. "It has nothing to do with this city or politics. It has everything to do with God almighty."

"This is the beginning of the great awakening of America ... We must give voice to what God says we must do," he added. "My message to you tonight is stand where He wants you to stand and trust in the Lord. If He tells you to do it, do it. If you can't figure it out, He will. Just do it."

i give you glenn beck, only recently self-proclaimed "entertainer" who seems now to think he has the right ear and direct conduit to god himself and has avowed to save america from the devil(at the moment that would be obama and muslims as far as i can tell).

now if beck wants to air his opinions and get paid for it some have no problem. if he wants to shove it down the rest of our throats i have a problem with that.

"when fascism comes to america it will be wearing a flag and carrying a cross."...

I know you like to attempt offsetting the brain dead bloviating of moronic leftists with some bogeyman/bogey-woman dredged up for that purpose.

What Pitt said is moronic and it stands all by itself.

as i said, it was a stupid thing to say. i'm no brad pitt fan anywho,

but i am not surprised that you would turn a blind eye to the conversion tactics and self-serving use of the troops and god to beef up a cause against the government...because you have apparently swallowed whole the idea that anyone who is not a conservative gun-toting tax-revolter is a "leftist" and THEY are all the same. just as all chinese are the same, right? and all blacks. and for that matter, all americans worthy of the name think the same, correct?

and i guess all divorced folk must be boneheads and amoral too. they should be gagged and not allowed to say stupid things EVER!

just as i like it when glenn beck tells the truth - that he is in this for the money, not the politics or america or anything else. he is in his own words an entertainer and that's it....just like brad pitt. except brad pitt builds houses for homeless people, adopts homeless children, and mouths off FAR LESS FREQUENTLY than glenn beck. and smart or stupid - i would put my money on brad pitt being the more sincere of the two.

Another DopeyLand leftist moron opens his mind and shows it's an empty vessel.

And yet, there are some...some here too who say there is no "angry left".

My experience with leftists is that they're all angry, all the time. Further, leftists can't stand for anyone to disagree with them. Their default position is to attempt to shut those who disagree with them up.

I'm sure we're all shocked this idiot is an O'Bomber supporter...and Puffington Post contributor. Neither requires any neural output...which is well because this DopeyLand leftist couldn't move the needles on an EEG.

John Cusack Calls for 'Satanic Death' of Fox News, GOP Leaders
By Jo Piazza
Published August 31, 2010

Actor John Cusack went on a caustic Twitter rampage Sunday evening, attacking former House Majority Leader Dick Armey, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Fox News.

“I AM FOR A SATANIC DEATH CULT CENTER AT FOX NEWS HQ AND OUTSIDE THE OFFICES ORDICK ARMEYAND NEWT GINGRICH-and all the GOP WELFARE FREAKS,” Cusack tweeted.

Cusack has long been outspoken about politics. He supported Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election and has contributed to The Huffington Post, but this is the first known time he has stooped to the level of making threats.............

whenever you say "all" and "ist", jwhop, you are being a bigot and therefore discounting whatever else is included in your statement. full stop.

as to cusack's twitter i would suggest putting on your "humour" hat and rereading. crikey. maybe if he said "let's get a bunch of martians on them" you would get it?

but first and foremost just because someone is famous and says something stupid doesn't mean they are speaking for "all ***ists" anymore than you speak for all "****ists". fill in the blanks yourself.

i feel sorry for you if dredging third hand reports of what an actor twitters makes your day

or if you think john cusack is a born again christian who takes satanic cults seriously as a threat to anyone. i'm not commenting on the hilarity of the humour, just the hilarity of you taking it seriously!
