Yes LTT, there was a cover up over 9/11 but no part of that cover up involved the United States, Bush, the CIA or anyone connected to the US government being involved in blowing up the World Trade Center.What was covered up was a Defense Dept intelligence group, code named Able Danger who had identified 3 of the 9/11 terrorists within the United States BEFORE the 9/11 attack on the WTC. The Deputy Attorney General, Jamie Goerlick found out they had information to share with the FBI and sent Justice Dept attorneys to tell them they could not share intelligence information with the FBI which is a "Police Agency". The wall of separation between intelligence and police Jamie Goerlick put into place. Later, during the 9/11 Commission hearings, we found Jamie Goerlick sitting on the Committee as a Commission member...so she could not be called as a witness and put under oath. The cover up involved members of the Clinton Administration including Kommander Korruption who had Sandy Berger pilfer classified documents from the National Archives and destroy them...to prevent them from getting to the 9/11 Commission. Those documents centered around the 3 offers made by Sudan to turn over bin Laden and the leadership of al-Qaeda to the Clinton administration before they were booted from Sudan...in the 1990s....and before they even planned the 9/11 attack.

so you were in on it? how do you know this jwhop? you sound very definite considering all the conflicting evidence out there...?by the way, LTT's post concerns the commission, not any "inside job" theories. your answer doesn't sound like you took that in? IP: Logged |

Yes, there seems to be a recurring theme among some...some here too...that 9/11 was an inside job.I guess you didn't read what I said katatonic...or perhaps not with comprehension. Most of what I said concerned the cover up at the Commission level. The cover up of the outrageous behavior of Jamie Goerlick. The cover up of the information that Kommander Korruption 3 times refused to take custody of bin Laden and the al-Qaeda leadership from Sudan and... the cover up that the DIA group Able Danger identified 3 of the 9/11 terrorists as being in the United States BEFORE the 9/11 attacks...and they were silenced. Actually katatonic, I watched the video...and then added more information which was covered up by the 9/11 Commission, Kommander Korruption, Sandy Berger and others.Further katatonic, I'm the one here who brought up the problem of Jamie Goerlick and her wall of separation and also the fact Able Danger identified 3 of the 9/11 terrorists in time for something to have been done about them before 9/11. Lt. Col, Anthony Shaffer is selling a book. He was there and knows the score but lots of what's in his book was already known. It just wasn't covered by the morons in the so called main stream press. Perhaps lots of people will buy the book...or listen to his various interviews and learn how it all went down....that is...if the Pentagon doesn't continue to buy up all the copies.  IP: Logged |

the opening video, while not being about an inside job, which you STILL seem to think LTT was pushing, does point out that not just one but EVERY PERSON on the commission was covering up for someone/thing. the commission was NOT appointed by clinton, by the way, but by the bush administration. the commission was not accepted by clinton, but by the bush administration.whether or not it was an inside job it was a major coverup endorsed by the administration on whose watch 9/11 happened and they were perfectly accepting of the botched conclusions of that commission. sherlock holmes would certainly consider that worthy of investigating. why do YOU think bush et al accepted the findings of this obviously BENT commission? a fireman on the scene who is trained to be OBSERVANT saw a BLACK plane hitting the second tower. what airline uses black planes?
