This from the 30 year member of the Senate who didn't know which Article of the Constitution authorizes the Legislative Branch of the Federal Government; didn't know that the Vice President of the United States is the President of the US Senate..always; who thought FDR went on television in 1929 to calm the nation over the stock market crash...when television wasn't available until 1939.

But, in defense of O'Biden, he is the perfect VP for O'Bomber.

Between the two of them, they make up the Dud Duo.

No wonder we have a 1.3 Trillion dollar budget deficit, a 13 Trillion dollar national debt and almost 10% unemployment.

These guys can't count.

October 22, 2010, 3:07 pm $200 Billion in Ads, Mr. Biden? That’s Real Money
By MICHAEL D. SHEAR

Conservative groups have not dumped $200 billion in political ads on the heads of Democratic candidates.

It evidently just feels that way to the White House.

In an interview with Al Hunt of Bloomberg News scheduled to be shown Friday night, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. commented on the need for disclosure when corporate interests contribute to political groups.

“I was amazed at the amount of money, this $200 billion of money that is — where there’s no accountability,” he said. “When I say accountability, we don’t know where it’s coming from. There’s no disclosure, so the folks watching the ad can’t make a judgment based upon motive when you say it’s paid for by so-and-so.”............

no but they have dumped christine odonnell into the fray, the lady who thinks hillary clinton is a senator from california, apparently, and who is just, well, relieved that senators aren't "REQUIRED" to memorize the constitution...

have to agree with you about one thing, jwhop, the democrats are playing way too small for the party in power. they seem to think that all the money being poured into the other side - and it IS considerable! - will by itself decide the elections.

fortunately the voting public is not as stupid as EITHER side seems to think. i don't believe this country is for sale just yet.

Where did you read that O'Donnell thinks Hillary is/was Senator from California.

It's very unlikely that it's true...since O'Donnell is from Delaware which is right close to New York.

I think it's refreshing O'Donnell knows there is a Constitution. No one in the demoscat party...including O'Bomber seems to know the Constitution exists.

Well, voters know the demoscat party was SOLD. We have it straight from move on dot org that they own the demoscat party. They bought it with money from George Soros.

"Dear MoveOn member,

Who will lead the Democratic Party? The answer may come as soon as this weekend, when the state Democratic Party leaders gather to discuss who should chair the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for the next four years.1 The election for chair is rarely competitive. But this year, with the race wide open, we have the chance to elect a leader who will reconnect the Democratic Party with its constituents -- us.

For years, the Party has been lead by elite Washington insiders who are closer to corporate lobbyists than they are to the Democratic base. But we can't afford four more years of leadership by a consulting class of professional election losers. In the last year, grassroots contributors like us gave more than $300 million to the Kerry campaign and the DNC, and proved that the Party doesn't need corporate cash to be competitive. Now it's our Party: we bought it, we own it, and we're going to take it back."

i heard her say it on the air madeira. asked to name some of the members of the senate, the ONLY one she could think of was hillary who last i checked is NOT a senator at all and if she was ever from california that would also surprise me...and hillary i'll betcha. yep yep yep.

don't like moveon.org myself but their money comes in dribs and drabs from the voting public, not from corporate funds living offshore in taxhaven land...

in any case, jwhop, having waged a 10 year long smear campaign i don't expect you to do anything else NOW...but i wonder how you don't notice you have become what you set out to destroy?
