The average American view is conservative to moderate--something which has nothing to do with geographical location...and even less to do with the completely out-of-touch radical far left wing extremism exhibited by a few on this Forum.

no kidding.

I'm probably both more Conservative and more Moderate than the Republicans here. I work at a bank. I have no debt. I don't participate in any government welfare programs. I voted against all the spending measures in my state last election. The Democratic Party is the more fiscally responsible party over the last half century, and those with sense know this.
