Latest news is that more than 272 dead soldiers may have been dumped this way.

Now that the NDA Law has been passed, any whistle-blower who leaks information on how US Soldiers have been experimented upon or killed off in secret could be taken away because he is not supporting the US Government's claim, and is anti-government hence a terrorist accomplice.....

I wonder if anyone is going to be prosecuted, Court Marshalled or otherwise punished for this shocking desecration of US military personnel remains.

IQ, the NDA has not "passed" as law. it passed as a bill in the senate, and a sister bill in the house in march...however they have to be reconciled and ok'd by the president before they became LAW.

this is the only good thing about said "act". the fact that all those senators voted for it is ominous to be sure. i don't actually know what it's House "sister" details.

the patriot act is bad enough when it comes to hauling people off. and many transgressions against actual law are carried out by law officers, but due process is still on the books as legal, giving folk SOME recourse. for now.

http://www.change.org/petitions/stop-ndaa-section-1031-citizen-imprisonment-law-before-dec-13

a petition to STOP this going forward. why did germany go nazi? because it happened step by step. even those who can justify the patriot act should be balking at this bill. cut off point apparently dec 13. though that may change.

Thanks for correcting Kat, I thought the Bill had been already passed as a law.

So it is not too late as of now to prevent full fledged martial law beyond 2012.

This screeching, howling, moaning and shrieking over military detention of US citizens supposedly contained in S.1867 has already been shown to be a pile of very smelly horse shiiit.

There seems to be some people here who cannot read..or...cannot read with comprehension..or..simply don't give a rat's ass about the truth.

Text of S.1867, Section 1032 (b) (1&2)

(b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-

(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.

(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.
