yes kiddies, the pressure from utilities companies especially, but (in this case california) state authorities as well, is making it DANGEROUS to take care of yourself.

i was alerted to this possibility by a friend who has duplicated tesla coils and operates them. apparently GE will only allow so much power to be generated by these things/people. they call it STEALING ELECTRICITY, even though no one is stealing "their" electricity, just helping themselves to what the earth provides FREE. treason, apparently.
