Is that the best you can do, Jwhop? Really?

How about something of substance?

That's just sad.

Oh, darn, I don't think I'll be able to watch this debate either. At least not the whole thing. I look forward to it, though. Biden is quite a character. For all of his gaffes, people seem to gravitate towards his meaning nonetheless...in fact maybe moreso since the media obsesses over it.

AG, I have scheduled around it. It may be the highlight of the campaign!

"Is that the best you can do, Jwhop? Really?"..acoustic

No acoustic, that's not really the "best" I can do but considering I did that with both hands tied behind my back and 3/4th of my brain cells switched off...just to give you a better chance...and you still flamed out; it was more than sufficient to stuff your latest nonsense argument....because:

Wind and Solar ARE NOT NEW TECHNOLOGIES...as you claim.

Insisting on clinging to meaningless parts of the conversation isn't an attractive or worthwhile endeavor. I don't know what your aversion is to being able to speak substantively. Acting like you've said something of meaning that would require only the brain-power of an infant doesn't exactly pump you up either.

I see the second debate as more of a circus. It should be very entertaining, though.

Ami, that is a false statement. You're welcome to make a case if you think you have it, but I always speak to the heart of matters. I don't nibble around the meaningless edges like Jwhop.

Im not really sure either..
I see Obama
Smiling (not in a Biden way, but in his "I hear you, and I relate" way)
Circling (pacing) when answering
Arm waving a lot(Driving the point home)
When pointing the finger at Romney's views/policies I do see him holding his arm out towards Romney and "opening" up his body (maybe stepping back) in a kind of a ...I dont know, Im having a hard time putting into words... putting him on trial. Its like hes saying, "Behold! THIS MAN, THIS MAN DOES. NOT. CARE. He does not care about the middle and low-income families of America" while holding his arm out towards him and looking the people in the eye as if he is an attorney in a murder trial where Romney is on the stand for his life.
I also see Obama talking more towards the crowd and avoiding Romney. If he does make eye contact with Romney, it either A) Wont be long or B) Angry faced

I don't have a clear vision on Romney..
Smiling a lot and lots of eye contact like the last debate
I don't foresee him moving too much around the stage. Maybe towards the question..er, then if he needs to address Obama's reputation he will point his body towards him, but I don't see him getting in Obama's personal space (much like Gore did Bush)

Ive never seen a debate like this in full. Just clips of the Gore/Bush debate.. So my speculations are just that.

It should prove interesting. The last 2 got a lot of negative feedback so I would assume they would want this to be less lies/distortions and more facts.

I expect Romney to hit Obama hard on Benghazi (Middle East in general), taxes, failed stimulus $$ and JOB creation.
Romney needs to explain how the tax math will work and be fact provable.

Or is it just wishful thinking/....

Logic:

In order to balance a budget, revenue must meet costs.

Let's say the costs are $100. Romney said that the top income earners will continue to pay 60% of the tax bill, so we have:

Top: $60
Bottom: $40

If you reduce what the bottom pays, while keeping the top at 60% overall, you're going to have a deficit.

Top: $60
Bottom: $40 - 20% = $32

60% + 32% = 92%
8% becomes deficit

Therefore, if the people in the top income brackets continue paying only 60% of the total revenue, the government will have less revenue if the lower income people get cuts. It doesn't balance out as Romney is claiming (unless, of course, he Etch-A-Sketches and said that by mistake).

I didn't watch it, but I saw the comments about "binders full of women" on facebook; people are having fun with it. My favourite has been, "Nobody puts Baby in a binder."

I feel kind of bad for the guy; I hope he can get a laugh out of it, too.

If O'Bomber could put one foot in front of the other without a teleprompter, the MSM would say he won.

With the Independents( who are the only ones who matter, right now) he lost.

If anyone cannot see what a buffoon he is, they are a fool.

They do give Obama the edge.

I say about a 50-50 tie (is that math right AG? ) Both put up their best shot and both took hits.

Obama got lucky getting the last question of the night going unanswered by design of the debate.. His solo sucker punch, if you will, on the 47%.

It was pretty disgusting. Orchestrated theater, the only thing missing was the soundtrack.

Back in the day debates were real. When the league of women voters were running the show.

They, LOWV were muscled out. Now it is all staged, and rehearsed.

put the guys in an empty room, turn on a camera and broadcast it.

RE- Romney arithmetic, agreed.

Romney is still a bully, and it shows.

I found it interesting that the media tell us that all we are concerned with is the economy, which is wrong. It was a foreign policy issue that was the highlight.
Obama won on Benghazi, big time- that might supersede all else~ this week anyway....
