Voting machines in Las Vegas auto-vote for Obama

If you think that’s bad, try “auto-vote,” coming to a voting machine near you. PolitiChicks.tv confirmed that some voter machines in Las Vegas are auto-voting “Obama” whether he’s your choice or not. According to one of their sources: “Yesterday I went to an early voting site at Centennial Center in Las Vegas, NV. I went with my 19 year old son who was a first-time voter. I went to an open machine and inserted my card.” So far, so good. The source continues, “When the selections came up, all of the candidate pairings were listed and I touched the box for Romney/Ryan. The checkmark appeared next to President Obama’s name. I touched the check mark removing it and touched the box next to Romney’s name again. Again, the checkmark appeared next to Obama.” The source then called for an observer and the ritual was repeated, with the exact same results. At the third attempt, the source “touched the checkmark, again removing it from Obama’s name and selected Romney. The checkmark appeared next to Romney. I double-checked the paper ballot to ensure that Romney was indeed selected and cast my ballot.” The source concludes, “I didn’t make a fuss but have called our local election department only to get recordings. I also wrote an email to the Clark County Election Department about the incident. My son said that he had no issues casting his ballot.” Read the entire story at PolitiChicks.tv. ------------------

Smartly rigged machines will send every 3rd or 4th vote automatically to the rigger WITHOUT showing it in the checked box. The counting software does the rigging, not the display screen. After elections, the source code can be changed through wireless, and the rigging can never be discovered.This seems to be a genuine case of equipment malfunction. IP: Logged |

shades of 00 and 04, eh, ami? only with the shoe on the other foot? not to worry, the romneys' machines in ohio will redress the balance...these machines should be out the window years ago. ireland has scuppered ALL electronic voting and with good reason. whether the mistake is innocent or corrupt, there is no end to them, the paper trail gets DESTROYED so their is no fall back either. many people are not voting at all this year for this reason among others. Right katatonic! The Gop rigged the vote..obviously. That's the reason O'Bomber won the 2008 election, retained control of the US House of Representatives in 2008 and gained a filibuster proof majority in the US Senate in 2008. Right! Check! both sides do it sweetie, but when one candidate owns an interest in many of the dubious machines - which should not be used in any case given the unanimous suspicion of their accuracy - it brings to mind that old quote of stalin'sthat "it doesn't matter who votes, it matters WHO COUNTS THE VOTES". Where do you find the morons who say the GOP fixed the elections in such a way as to elect demoscat O'Bomber as prez in 2008 AND retain a demoscat majority in the US House in 2008 AND additional demoscat Senators in US Senate in 2008 for a filibuster proof Senate?Did it occur to you how loony-tunes and out of touch with reality GOP fixing voting machines to throw the election to demoscats really is? yes, jwhop, SINCE 2008, ie not including 2008.i believe as i did 4 years ago that the republicans, understanding that the economy was running into the tank, were more than happy to let obama win. their behaviour since then has only deepened that suspicion. so...do they think things are going to get better? enough to monkey with this election like they did in '10, as well as '00 and '04? Yeah, that's quite a conspiracy theory that the Republican brain trust sabotaged their own Republican candidates by fixing voting machines so their demoscat opponents would win the elections. Wow, who knew!
