Ok, Panetta said our wonderful president did not want to be bothered with Libya and told them to handle it. I guess them is Panetta and maybe Hillary, but Panetta, anyway.Now, Rush says that they are all making the wonderful president look like an incompetent because really, damning info is going to come out. My question is WHO told the Seals et al to "Stand Down". That person, if he was the wonderful president will be impeached, if it comes out. ------------------

i'll assume, for the sake of it, that you got this information FROM SOMEWHERE, ami? why are you, a website owner/manager, so incapable of supplying sources of ANY kind?or did you just make it up out of something you heard rush say after his own predigestion of supposed facts? IP: Logged |

yes ami, i wrote that. and i wrote this tooremember, when bush was elected, his detractors and conspiracy theorists were SURE he stole the elections, he was going to cancel all future elections and assume permanent residence in the white house, he was hitler, he was going to kill us all after he forced us to eat the bible for breakfast... sound familiar? just because the shoe is on the other foot doesn't make it any less hysteria. this is how LYNCHINGS get going, not due process, nor does it actually produce any real solutions or even knowledge
as i have been saying since before you came to LL, both sides are equally ridiculous when they talk like this. you are a prime example by the way. now did you have a quote or are you just going to pass on your version of what panetta SUPPOSEDLY said...you know, like playing chinese telephones it doesn't help the truth one bit. in case you are interested in truth and not just being smug in your little box? oh, beg pardon, it looks like rush talked about this and you just filtered it down even more. so no one knows if panetta actually said this or not, since rush is the world champ at reinterpreting people to suit his line of sales. obama, who according to YOU is supposed to have the omnipotence of god, failed to prevent the deaths of four americans. i see nothing wrong with trying to find out what happened, and eventually it probably will get nailed down as to exactly who didn't do what they coulda shoulda woulda done. the armed forces have a saying which has become an acronym...SNAFU. do you know what that means? on the other hand, another shoe on the other foot situation, the right are shrieking about the death of 4 americans that MAYBE could have been prevented, the people being grilled are saying EXACTLY what bush and cheney et al said about 9/11 in defending their inability to prevent it, but funny thing is the difference between the casualties. and i don't remember ANY such flack about these incidents:

Obama watched them die and said, "STAND DOWN" so no one would come to help them. It will come out eventually and, hopefully, he will be impeached. God willing!------------------
