I saw a lot of hype about his lecture, so I started to watch it, but lost interest after ten minutes. I guess the remaining 15 minutes were the controversial ones.

What were his main arguments, can someone tell me? My husband tried to explain, and it had something to do with starting a flat tax to fund health care, but I couldn't imagine why the libertarians were cheering Dr. Carson, if that was indeed his plan.
