this is rush limbaugh's expressly PC phrase to cover his arse...it basically is a euphemism for MORONS which he has been advised is not acceptable on air. perfectly in line with the calibre of his message in general and indicates the big risk he is willing to take for "trooth"...ie none.

i don't care if someone wants to call me names. but it doesn't add ANYTHING to a discussion. nor do posts that basically mean nothing except to stick one's tongue out at those one doesn't like.

however it is the most childish form of verbal abuse. just saying.
