I typed your header into Google
and came up w/ reams of links proving
just how clueless he,
and his ill-informed listeners are.

:edit: replace uninformed with ill-informed

Rush is my role model. He could be the most important force saving our country from the brink. I adore him! However, he does not appreciate organic food and NEVER talks about Monsanto. I don't think he is in bed with them, but is very traditional about health and knows nothing about nutrition.

Yeah, he is out of his area of expertise with nutrition. Once on his tv show, he was putting down those who were claiming milk is bad for you (which it totally irrefutably is--even determined by medical studies), and he drank a big fat glass of milk on tv. So, he's far from perfect and far from always being right.

Yep
He thinks organic food is a scam.

Lol, is anything totally irrefutable? Japan's oldest man (114) drinks milk daily. This is one point i agree with rush on!

That's called a "Man Who" statistic. I know a man who smoked and lived to be 100. Does that make smoking healthy?

True but it depends on many things like the place and the type of moking material taken (or milk).

And statistics are usually useless for the individual since a person can smoke and reach 100 and a person can drink milk and reach 114

Genetics people, its secrets can be of great use to us (or the death of us if we make people capable of living more XD)

I indulge in both and am considered "remarkably healthy for my age" by docs and others about the same age...

Yes genetics matter, but as bruce lipton points out DNA is constantly altered by factors largely under our control...

Well knowing how to effect DNA is also xomething that we need to understand.

It can revolutionize humanity....and possibly destroy it...

Definetly not.
Dealing with this labwork which is not for research will lead to trouble, maybe vegtable poisoning for population control...maybe just cheap people using cheap and dangerous methods to increase profits....

I heard that green tea causes certain genes to activate that help defend one from certain types of cancer....thats what we should strive for, home made solutions!

Yes indeed, there is a natural solution for most everything... But lipton is about altering dna by nurturing, as in by parentsand also by self. DNA is basically information, and works with the info it is exposed to, and apparently can be altered thus.

I was named after a woman who was "unstoppable" until she broke a hip at 98...and got so bored living in a wheelchair she died a year later...neither of my parents lived a very long time but i show no sign of replicating their health patterns and get healthier by the year. I have already outlived my dad by more than ten years and

by my age my mom was already having major issues...yet i don't go to any extraordinary measures, just listen to my body.

I don't eat junk food but otherwise...

Anyway, i have seen enough 180s from the health experts they can't scare me anymore. This is why i agree with rush onthis topic, it may be the only one!

Milk is for babies. Cow's milk is for baby cows. And once the living food is killed through pasteurization, it's not fit for the consumption of anyone or anything--not even baby cows.
